Face melting body rushing hot, long lasting, and very interesting
DISCLAIMERS: 1. If Tabasco is your limit, DO NOT - I repeat, DO NOT - TRY GROUND ZERO. Some people are naturally heat-intolerant, and there are cases where such people have been hospitalized - or in rare cases, DIED - for taking on challenges they shouldn't have. 2. If you put it on a plate for dabbing/dipping, rinse that plate in a gentle stream of cold water immediately after eating. I made the mistake of letting a blob dry out, then using the faucet spray setting with hot water. I don't care how heat tolerant you are. A lungful of Ground Zero vapor will make you suffer, and not in a good way. On to the review. Medium hot sauces were enough for me for years, but during 2024 I've developed a serious tolerance (no idea why). I even tried Last Dab Xperience a few weeks ago. It's rated at 2,693,000 Scoville units, but it was disappointing. Tasty, good heat, a hint of endorphin buzz. But it takes at least 1/2 teaspoon to get there. So I ordered Ground Zero based on some Web reviews. The package arrived. I unboxed it, made a burrito, cut one bite, added 2 drops, and ate it. A few seconds of silence while the nuclear missile descended. It detonated. The heat wave came. Instant pain, thoughts of possible regret. The burn grew moment by moment, quickly surpassing any hot sauce or raw pepper burn I'd ever felt. And it wasn't *close* to finishing. Wave after wave. Coughing, snotty, weepy, sweaty, red-faced, yelling "F***!". I wasn't counting, but it must have been 2-3 minutes. Then the blast wave came. Endorphins kicked in. The intolerable heat went down a notch. It was still searing, but I was now observing myself suffering, like some kind of Zen meditation moment. (I swear I am not exaggerating. It was really strange.) If you're a bored chili-head, try it! You'll like it.

Prompt and accurate
Great product...My delivery was received damaged, but that was probably not the sellers fault.

Ground Zero
This review is for the Ground Zero flavor. At almost 322,000 Scovilles this brings a good amount of heat to the palette. The spice is tolerable in the mouth but, the flavor by itself is not good at all. In fact, it tastes what I would imagine poison might taste like. However, the biggest issue came in a bit after once the sauce entered the stomach. Once it did, it began to burn and felt like a tight cramp for several minutes afterwards. The sauce is great to add some wanted heat, just be cautious of the aftermath of consumption.

Use only 1 drop at a time!
Burned the hell out of one of our female guest that thought she could handle this. We warned her and told her it was super hot and not to be taken lightly. She said she was a white girl that could handle hot stuff. So she put a dab on her finger and spread it across her tongue. Big mistake for her, because within 3 minutes. She was bent over the sink washing her mouth out and getting very hot. She had to take her jacket off. She had been drinking hours earlier, so that might be why she was so stupid to try it. But eventually she must of drank too much because she started vomiting. I don't think the hot sauce made her sick. She vomited a couple hours later after drinking more wine. Thankfully her boyfriend was very caring of her and made sure she was ok. Sadly the person this sauce was meant for, was able to tolerate it. He said that this sauce is at the highest point he can tolerate. It made his belly hot as he ate it after putting 5 drops on a hamburger! Don't use 5 drops, this guy is just crazy! Update: 3 weeks after ordering this chili. My roommates have been eating this chili ( photo ) and I won't even eat this! However I picked up the bottle to hand it to my roommate to eat some. And my fingers must of contacted some of the chili. Within a few minutes after washing my hands. I rubbed my eyes a few minutes later and all of a sudden my eyes were burning! Oh my God my eyes felt like I had a baby Godzilla heat ring around my around them! I was burning for at least 10 minutes. So I grabbed a wet paper towel and soaked my eyes for at least 5 minutes! This sauce is super hot but my roommates add like 5 drops to their foods! I still don't know how they can survive the intense heat this stuff puts out!!!!

Don't be fooled by the Scoville rating.
I was excited to try this sauce as I have had it's little brother Beyond Insanity before. I do a few hot food challenge videos on YouTube with my coworkers so we are used to the heat having done the Death Nut challenge we figured this would be a breeze, we could not have been more wrong. We started with just a drop on a spoon and it was hot but not take your breath away hot so we stepped it up and coated some wings with it our challenge for the day was to eat 4 with a 5 minute after burn, made it to 2. The flavor right off the bat is great really sweet and Smokey and it remains good all 3 seconds you get to enjoy of it before the burn hits and it hits hard like Megatron swinging a baseball bat hard. The second round of burn is just as bad. WARNING this will cause what we now refer to as the spicy piss. 11/10 heat 6/10 flavor 11/10 pain

Broken bottle
The bottle came damaged/broken. Not the sellers fault, appeared to be a faulty bottle. That’s unfortunate because I was looking forward to this.

It's Da Bomb, it hurts
Used this for a hot wings challenge based around the Royal Rumble. We drew numbers, and if that number was eliminated, you had a Wong with this stuff on it. It hurts, doesn't taste super great, and that's why we love it. Sucks to suck.

Good product but package was leaking
Very good and spicy sauce as expected but just like the many reviews the product was delivered leaking.

One drop is enough.
Brought this to a family function where I know people can handle their spice. Let's just say, everyone struggled with this hot sauce even with a tiny drop. This sauce is very hot. Flavor-wise it is not good. However, if you want to spice up something like a soup or other foods, this would be good to add for the heat. Overall, it's insanely hot and worth picking up.

People buy this not for the flavor. People buy this to get as close to dying as possible. Good purchase lol
