Unlike others like this from off-brand manufacturers, the gold color of these ACCO clips doesn't transfer to the documents being clipped. They are well made using good quality wire, and the molded package containing the clips can be closed and opened repeatedly to store the unused clips.

It seems very odd to write a review of a paperclip, but truly, these are the best paper clips I've ever used. I prefer large sized paper clips over standard small clips, because they're easier to handle and generally are stronger. I also normally use plastic coated clips for better gripping, but I purchased these gold ones to match the decor on my desk, and I could not believe how much better they are overall than standard silvertone clips. These paperclips are super strong, thick, good-quality metal, and the color makes them look modern on your desk. I've only found a few that have become discolored over time, and I've purchased many packages of these. Highly recommend for functionality, quality and overall appearance.

I know the title is a "tad" corny, but I love these paper clips for many reasons. I always get positive comments from people when I use them to attach documents and send them out, and the recipients asking where they too could get them. Being Jumbo size, I find them much easier to handle and they work just as well on two pages as they do on 20 pages. I prefer the smooth finish over the ribbed because these are easier to use regardless the type of document or paper. Of course people like anything gold tone as it simply indicates top quality in the presentation of any document. Nothing like making a good impression by using a Jumbo gold tone paper clip rather than the standard old silver toned clips. Amazon.com is the best place to purchase this item at such a good price versus an office supply store charging a premium and then only if they have them in stock. I highly recommend these paper clips simply based on their quality, value and outstanding presentation and appearance.

Excellent quality gold clips.

Love these, although they're a little pricey. Started using them for doing some charity and personal work in free time or after hours at the office, and wanted to make sure I wouldn't be using my employer's supplies for personal stuff. They've grown on me; good for personal and family archival items. Given enough years/use there'll be some loss of the plating, but on the whole they hold up OK. Also they grip well; they're relatively husky. Highly recommended if you want/need something distinctive.
