I don't have much to say for these, other than I usually take them to help balance things out in my body. I can't say that I have a definitive reaction or acute awareness to how these affect me after I've taken one. I will say that if I take them consecutively for a few days, once or twice a day, that I do tend to get a minor headache, which is why I don't take these often. Nice thing is...they don't taste bad or overly hard to swallow, and my gut seems to react to them peacefully, compared to other meds or supplements that the ingredients used for making the capsule don't always agree with me. I would say that the cost & quantity is relatively fair. Shipping & Handling is good, and everything arrives safely.

Seems to do the job. Effects felt after about 5 days (every morning). Motivation, libido etc. Mild effects, but a boost nonetheless. 30y male
