Been using this mini computer for several months and no complaints at all. Had a tower prior, this one is quiet, fast, and responsive and does everything I need it to do. Great product. Bought a second one for girlfriend.

My desktop died and I just needed something for email, Amazon, and Microsoft Office products. This system more than fits the bill! Microsoft makes it simple to have it up and running, having all items pulled from cloud, in minutes. Right price and right specs!

I gave this product 4 stars only because it has the shortest cords I have ever seen on an electronic device. Usually I'm a fan of shorter cords because it's less that you have to manage but this cord is maybe 4 feet at best. I wanted to mount it under my desk on the end furthest from the wall outlet it just BARELY reaches. However, that's only when my desk is in a lower setting. If I raise it, the cord won't reach. Fortunately I planned to mount a surge protector under the desk that will buy me a few more feet. The HDMI cord is even shorter - maybe 2 feet? This is fine if you plan to mount the PC on the monitor or right behind it, but my monitor is on an arm so neither of those options are ideal. Thanks to Samsung for providing a longer HDMI with the monitor. Other than that, I love the PC. It's small, sleek design is exactly what I wanted. It's powerful enough to do everything I intended to use it for - photo editing and online content management. I'm sure it's powerful enough to do even more.

I got this to sit at the office as a remote box to send backups to and do light computing - web browsing, admin tasks, etc. It's been rock solid at all of that and more. About 1.5yrs into owning it, the internal M.2 SSD died. At first I only knew I couldn't remote into the computer, but then upon checking it out in person I saw it would just hang at the boot screen, showing the "AMI" logo. Couldn't get into BIOS, couldn't boot from a recovery thumb drive, etc.. I had hit a wall and was frustrated and thought that not much would come from reaching out to support and I should start getting my hands dirty, but I sent them an email with my details and heard back within 24 hrs, suggesting the boot drive might have died. My model only took SATA M.2 which are harder to come by these days than NVMe so I had to purchase one, wait for it to arrive, then swap it in. New drive is now in and it's been working great ever since. Throughout the testing process I went back and forth with support via email and they were helpful and quick to respond and ended up refunding me $40 via Amazon which covered most of the cost of the new drive which has larger capacity and a 5yr warranty. Random, but important nerd notes from this experience: 1. If your M.2 drive is dead, it will hang the boot process. You've gotta take it out in order to get into the BIOS. 2. You can boot from the 2.5'' bay on the underside of the box. I did this as a means of testing the rest of the hardware while waiting for my M.2 replacement to arrive and performance and reliability were great.

These are great little PCs for office work, signage displays, internet kiosks, and the like. I've had a few running non-stop for months and months on end with no issues. Windows runs fine on them, and I have a few that I have put different flavors of linux on and they work great!

This is a wonderful little PC! I've used mini PCs in the past and this is a complete all in one PC. I love that it has the latest version of windows 11 PRO running smoothly. Super quiet. It came with a large 256GB m.2 SSD (very fast) which is way better than HDD and I'll never go back. This leaves room for your 2.5” SSD whenever you need more space. No SD card slot on this one but easy to use a USB adapter for that. I wouldn't plan on using it for heavy video, but general use is excellent. I like to dual boot into retro gaming from a USB stick and it runs Batocera great as well. Supports high resolutions with jaw dropping images on my monitor. Compared to a big PC tower, this thing is amazing for the size. I really like the top ventilation as well. I plan to tuck it onto a shelf and have no concern for over heating. This is a good PC if you're looking to tinker with Windows and BIOS settings...a great machine to learn on. There are many options out there but this form factor is clearly well designed and updated. I recommend this one for your mini PC needs.

I was worried that I would fall victim to the saying “you get what you pay for”, however I have been extremely impressed with this mini pc’s performance. Despite its small size and affordable price, this mini PC packs power. It is perfect for everyday tasks such as web browsing, email, word processing, and light gaming. The setup was quick and easy, and I was up and running in no time. The mini PC runs smoothly and quietly, without any lag or freezing. The graphics are crisp and clear, making it great for watching videos or playing casual games. I also appreciate the compact design of the mini PC, as it takes up very little space on my desk. The ports are conveniently located which makes it easy to connect. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this budget friendly mini PC to anyone in need of a reliable and affordable computer.

ليت لو يوجد تقييم بأقل من نجمة، لأنها شركة سيئة جدًا وما عندها خدمة ولا احترام للعملاء اشتريت منهم جهاز وتعطل بعد أقل من شهر (تعليق وريستارت إجباري مفاجئ لأكثر من عشر مرات يوميًا على الأقل)، فتواصلت مع البائع اللي تجاهلني أسبوعين ثم قال لي ممكن يضبط لو أعدت ضبط الجهاز (فورمات كامل)، وجربتها وما نفعت ثم راسلت الشركة الأم وماطلوني بطلبات مثل (فاتورة أمازون، رقم الطلب، صورة من بطاقة الشحن)، وبعد ما أعطيتهم كل المعلومات المطلوبة ما عاد ردوا علي، وتورطت بالجهاز إلى الآن فاحذر من شراء أي جهاز من عندهم

الجهاز ما اخذ ٥ دقائق ثم طفى من حالة ولا اشتغل
