One curved, one straight. Fairly well made, stainless material, operate smoothly and jaws align nicely. No doubt these will last if not abused. My intentions for use are fishing, so I rate these as a good value.

These tools have only slight imperfections, solid, they don’t bend. They grasp securely when you close them and they lock together. Great value and I would definitely buy again. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is one pair was just slightly off center, didn’t notice until I looked very closely, they still work great.

I found these neat tools on Amazon, and they really came through for me. I like to build very technical models that are tedious and very intricate to successfully build. So when the instructions called for me to connect small power cables deep inside the Transformers model that I was building, I found that my fingers were too bid, and simple tweezers were not strong enough or long enough to get the job done. But using these wonderful tools, I was able to snake through the obstacles preventing me from connecting the cables. Beautiful results! Granted, you might not build models like I do, but I bet you occasionally find a situation where you need to reach a little deeper into something that you fingers just won't let you get at. In cases like that, I bet you would wish that you had these tools! I highly recommend them as they saved a TON of frustration for me!

These are heavy duty hemostats I use with sewing and for reaching into areas for items I may have dropped. They lock well and are long enough to use where I need to hold small items in place while sewing. I would purchase them again! My previous hemostat broke, and these will not break.

Good product but much bigger than I anticipated, which is probably my fault. They should probably be listed as "large" or "xl" size as they are bigger than any I've encountered in a lifetime of use.
