Hot & Cold Therapy Face Mask for Migraine, Sinus & Headache Relief (Purple)

Chronic migraines left me struggling for sleep and relaxation until I found this. I’ve bought several so I can have one at my parents house, one in my luggage, two in the freezer incase I need another the same night. Even if it’s not cold from the freezer, this mask will help me fall asleep just from the weight which is so relaxing. I’m so thankful for this product!!

This is an amazing Hot/Cold face mask. I have had the flu b this week and after two days of using dish towels moistened in microwave to relieve my sinus pressure I was ready for something more substantial. The reviews on this product are what sold me. I followed the directions and heated in microwave for 1 minute. It’s fantastic! No smell and light weight on my face. The heat lasted about 15 minutes waning the last 3-4 minutes but it did the trick. It made my face feel so much relief. Just exactly what I needed. It’s also been great to put on pillow and lay on one side of my face for my headache. Highly recommend if you are looking for a 12-15 heated mask for your sinuses/face. ( I haven’t tried it cold yet but it’s most likely the same amount of time)

Feels amazing. A bit heavy. Completely natural smelling like rice in a rice cooker when I put this in my microwave. The non toxic smell is important to me since I am highly chemically sensitive. Yes there were husks falling out of it upon arrival, but not too badly yet. It's heavy but I like that its heavy because the pressure with the moist feels divine for my headaches and allergies. It is overpriced for what it is for sure. But I am glad I bought it because of how it feels and the important "non toxic" component, not just "unscented". Would buy again, but hope to not have to for a few years because of the high price.

I get really bad headaches and this product is comfortable and fits well. Great quality and good price value. 👍👍

At first glance this item is perfect however, upon heating it up it smells of moist rice! YUCK! As for doing what it claims to do, yes it does just that but I couldn't get past the rice smell. If you aren't adverse to moist smelling rice, I would say "go for it" otherwise you might want to steer away from this. As a side note, I'm not really sure how over the long haul cleanliness/sanitation would be as I feel the product inside the pouch could actually mold. I don't know this for sure but it might be a concern.

I get chronic migraines and this feels so nice after freezing it. When I get migraines, I take my migraine medication and apply a roll on pain relief liquid (Zim’s Extra Strength Max Freeze Pro Formula) directly on the parts of my head that hurt. This bean bag thing has definitely replaced the liquid, at least until it becomes warm again. It also helps when I’m congested. I like that it has some weight to it and can apply pressure to the areas that hurt most, and it’s easy to move the little pellets around to make it heavier in some areas. The weight also helps keep it in place. My only complaint is that it doesn’t last a long time after being frozen, but it makes sense since it’s exposed to warm skin. I think having at least 2 would be ideal, that way I can switch them out when one gets warm. Highly recommend if you prefer cold and feeling a bit of light pressure on the pain areas. It’s just an overall great product.

I gave it five stars, because it works well and the heat last longer than any of my previous “masks” and it covers my whole face. The nose hole provides just enough space to allow me to breathe. I find the weight of it perfect to keep it in place. The only downfall is the flax smell smells similar to that of a farm animal to me but definitely not horrible. Great product! Update…microwaving it made burnholes. Two minutes in the microwave for desired heat about six weeks in. Sad I had to throw it away.

My husband has "killer sinus headaches" periodically that truly make him ill. This has been going on for our entire 22 year marriage. I have gotten him sinus masks both hot and cold that never seem to afford much relief. His head hurt so much yesterday(we are in sinus valley U.S.A.-otherwise known as the Tampa Bay region of FL)that he left work early. Please understand he is no wimp-he has survived serious wounds in combat when he was an Army Ranger-BUT-when his head hurts-he can hardly think. Anyway-I ordered this MyCare Face Mask yesterday for him and paid Amazon for a rush order to get it here the same day. His headache would not go away even after using our new steam inhaler last night-and then-thankfully AMZL showed up with the new sinus mask! I heated it for one and a half minutes in the microwave-he leaned back in his recliner with the hot compress almost covering his entire face-and kept it on until it cooled. Amazingly enough his pounding sinus headache that had gone on for the entire day and evening-was GONE! Obviously I have no idea if this will work as well for everyone else since everyone is different-but we are both appreciative for this product and for Amazon getting it to us the same day! Thank you Amazon!
