So far, so good! Clippers are light, sharp, and run on a charge, so there is no cord to manage. Most surprising of all, it is super quiet. No harsh buzzing sound to spooky your kitty. The clippers helped us clean the seasonal matting off our half-Persian AND cuts through the super lightweight fluff on her chest too. I have had clippers that would do the dense OR the delicate, but these handle both. I see that some reviews mention that they broke after a few uses, but frankly, avoiding her $120 salon cut has already made them worth the price. Plus no appointment necessary and less stress on our kitty.

I love these. They worked so well! I had to shave my long haired cat as she has hairballs. This was quiet and shaved the hair like butter!

When my senior long haired cat started to get matts in his fur I had to start getting him shaved. It cost $75 a pop, but what can you do because the sound of clippers are not something most cats will sit still for. These clippers cost much less than even one grooming appointment and claimed to be quiet and good for cats so I figured worth a try at least. I honestly figured I would end up just returning them, but was very pleasantly surprised. They are light weight, easy to use, well made, quality clippers and were quiet enough that my cat didn’t mind. They are sharp enough to cut through thick matts without getting stuck and make keeping my cat groomed a breeze. On top of that, customer service is excellent. After over a year of having them, the power cord went out, so I emailed customer support and Andrea was very quick to reply and promptly sent out a replacement power cord free of charge. So if you’re considering pet clippers, I HIGHLY recommend these! Quality product and excellent customer service. Win-win.

I was honestly impressed with these cat clippers, they did exactly what they promised, which feels rare these days. My ragdoll had pretty severe matting and pellet-like knots, and these clippers handled it all with ease. They shaved through the mats smoothly without irritating her skin at all. They’re gentle, quiet, and easy to use, so much so that my cat actually purred the entire time, which says a lot. It does take some patience to groom a cat properly, but these made the process so much easier. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with matted fur.

Very very impressed! My longhair Maine coon has always been prone to Matted hair. I am incredibly impressed with these clippers! Although we haven’t gotten through the Matt yet, we are able to chip away at them without taking her to the vet! Which is incredibly traumatic for this hermit cat. It is quiet, and powerful. She actually licks me when I use it! Warning, my blade gets hot after 1 minute of use, and after charging the battery all night (fully) I used it this morning and it started at 75% quickly moving to 50%. Not complaining too much since this is the only thing that has cut through her hair. Over all Great price, great product.

Holy cow, these are amazing! I have a ragdoll that gets mats because, let's face it, I'm not great at keeping up on his brushings. We've tried multiple shears & scissors but nothing would shave him well. These clippers went through his thick undercoat like it wasn't even there, I'm seriously still baffled how well they worked! He loved the extra attention while shaving & even when he was getting antsy a bit, they are so quiet & gentle, I could move quickly without fear of cutting his skin. I'm so jazzed & Skips doesn't seem to care a bit. LOVE these & if you are on the fence, these are the ones to try especially for the price. Soooo worth it!

This trimmer set is excellent! It comes with all the accessories that you could need for short or long hair. It had a power charge upon arrive so I could use it right away. It's easy to use and my cat didn't mind the sound of it. The cordless feature is nice, not getting tangled up as you're trimming. Well worth the investment!

I have 2 long haired cats who are skittish with loud noises and shedding like crazy. These clippers were quiet enough that they would lay on their sides and let me cut their hair. I purposely gave them a kittyhawk. Highly recommend for owners with skittish animals. Only problem is that I found it hard to get an even cut. I was doing it on my own and although the cats were mostly cooperative, hard to keep them from moving while keeping their skin taut and the clipper in your other hand. Another set of hands would probably resolve uneven cut. Easy to use and box can be used for storing. Battery is great. Used a couple of times to trim their bums and then about 45 minutes x 2. There is still 75% battery left.

I have only tested them so far, but they look good, very quiet, and I will be clipping my spicy cat - who hates being brushed! - in a few days. The clippers are well-made, lots of different sizes of guards, and oil is included. Very well packed in a nice box to keep things together.I will update as soon as I have done the clip on my kitty. Thus far I'm very satisfied with the purchase. They came fully charged which is nice. For people worried about the noise, my very reactive cat does not mind the low brr at all. It is about as loud as a men's electric shaver, but it's not loud, a muted kind of sound, medium pitch. Update: I have used it several times now on my super-sensitive kitty, whose back fur was getting matted as she will not allow brushing at all. She has short, very dense fur, and the clippers did very well with clearing up the mats. These clippers are also quiet, which is a bonus with her clipping. I did use a space helmet on her to prevent biting - as quiet as these clippers are, she still seems to get overstimulated when it goes on for more than a few strokes even though it doesn't hurt her at all. . I'll be using them regularly to keep her clipped as she isn't able to clean her own back easily. Yes, she's a little chunky, lol. Makes her easier to clip though. The battery lasts a long time. I'm very pleased with these clippers, they do their job very well. Especially now that I've learned how to use them properly. Excellent product.
