Good construction quality and features, however like everything these days, there’s too many options and features that you must be aware of and learn to manage. One small quibble is that the finger sensor is sometimes very fickle, you must try a couple times before it gets it

I have 3 of these locks purchased at separate times after falling in love with the first one. I am a huge fan of not only how well each unit works, but the app. It's a very simple app but allows you to set unique passcodes (permanent or temporary) and add fingerprints. I also love that each unit comes with keys for back up in the event of dead batteries, and multiple fobs.

I purchased the SMONET Smart Lock for my front door about 4 months ago, and it’s already broken. After spending time and effort to install it, I expected it to last much longer, especially for the price I paid. Unfortunately, when it stopped working, I discovered there is **no warranty** to cover the issue.To make things worse, their customer support only offers a “**troubleshoot on your own**” option, which is completely useless. Despite following all the steps, I couldn’t fix it, and now I’m stuck with a broken lock and no way to get a replacement or repair.Save yourself the frustration and avoid this product. It’s a waste of money, and the company provides no real support when things go wrong. **Very disappointed!**

The lock looks great and easy to install. The customer support service is excellent, they will help you find the right solution for any problems you have. Definitely worthy to have it.

This is probably the most comprehensive smart lock on the market. It has the ability to unlock via keypad, fingerprint, key, keyfob and using an app.You can assign a permanent or temporary code as well as the ability to connect to a gateway on your wifi network.Compatible with Alexa and Google Home.The app is easy to use, easy to understand and I’ve had no problems from start to finish.I contacted support because I didn’t have a gateway and they sent me one, for free. Support is available via phone, email & WhatsApp.I cannot fault the experience, from start to finish. And the product looks great.

Installation and usability are a breeze! I've purchased several of these, all performing flawlessly and offering a sleek look with a variety of color options.However, one unit (the one with the fingerprint reader), required frequent battery replacements compared to the others (others are still with the first set of batteries at 100% after 3 months of use). Upon reaching out to support, Winter, a stellar customer service rep, responded immediately via emails, iMessages. She provided troubleshooting assistance and promptly arranged for a replacement. With the new unit in place, I'm optimistic it will surpass my expectations.

The product is excellent however to add different digital accès it’s not easy we need to add names if we want to put more than one finger print other than that it is very good

I bought the lock one and half years ago, it was so convenient, I like it so much. but unfortunately, 2 weeks ago, the lock was broken for some reason, since it passed the warranty period, I was so upset but still tried to contact the supplier, and unbelievably, the supplier replied me very quickly, and sent me a new lock in a week, thank you so much for your great customer service, really appreciate .
