these are lovely fans that are better quality than many listed here. The silk is lovely,feels like a sturdy handle and that despite the silk face of paddle style fan,that too seems to hold well.The lovely tassled loop to hang your fan up is a nice touch.

Good for walks in the woods
Bought these to swipe away bugs while walking in the woods. Obviously work to cool during hot days.Where are the frame enters the handle is a weak point. Over over time as you fan yourself that joint gets loose and the handle May dislodge. I use my glue gun to reattach it. I've given many away as gifts and I prophylactically use hot glue gun around the joint and it's much sturdier.Lot of other people have remarked on the utility of these paddle fans during early morning walks.
