My daughter opened her advent calendar today and she had a bracelet that was broken it was put in the packet like this we really not happy

I was really surprised at how nice this was. The charms are lovely and the necklaces were too. Really good value for money.

Quality
For the price I feel like it’s very cute and quirky, but considering the brand of it the quality of the jewellery is just shocking! I’ve had a necklace and a bracelet snap on me from this Calendar, I’ve never had jewellery snap on me before so over result I’m so disappointment with this. The jewellery just isn’t good quality and way too flimsy.

NOT WORTH THE MONEY
This is NOT a swrovski calendar, it's all plated and put of 5 doors 2 items were missing. Third party won't answer any communications at all. Not worth the price I paid for this for my mother who is a massive swarovski lover. Very disappointed in this product and the third party company. Save your money and go elsewhere.
