Good padlock
The delivery was quick. The padlock is made of stainless steel as stated, feels strong and sturdy. The setup process was easy enough that I was able to start using it within 15 minutes including setting up the phone app. The fingerprint function works well and I was able to setup multiple fingerprints to unlock without any problems. I like it comes with backup keys which enable me to unlock it quickly when it runs out of batteries without using a power bank to charge.

Fast and accurate unlock
The unit is well built. Feels heavy in have, solid lock for outdoor use, I have a warehouse that need a lock with multiple access, this works well, the app is also easy to use, I recommend this product.

Seller replaced faulty unit quickly
This lock is sturdy, and the fingerprint reader works OK (it's not Touch ID like on an Apple device, but gets the job done). I had a major issue with the battery not recharging. Seller replaced with a new unit pretty quickly. This replaced a combo lock that I couldn't see to unlock in low light.

Broke after 6 months
This thing was working fine until it broke after 6 months of use. Seems like the lock/unlock mechanism is the issue as it reads my fingerprint and accepts it with a green light, but the lock won’t pop open. Interestingly, I am able to get it open using the backup key.Unfortunately using a key every time I need to open it defeats the entire purpose of this lock, so I would not recommend buying it.

Best smart lock ever
The lock is very thick and sturdy. Fast shipment and I couldn’t wait to play with it. Easy set up and the fingerprint lock and unlock is really cool in gym so I no longer need to figure out where to carry they key. Planning to get another one for gun cabinets for quick access. Nice for many uses.

Barely Fit For Purpose
I am still debating as to whether I will keep this or not. My issues are two fold. First, the fingerprint reader is extremely unreliable as it works only one out of five or six tries. Second, the app design is horrible. It is not intuitive or user friendly. The unlock list defaults to oldest to newest. I don’t care who opened the lock six weeks ago, I want to see who opened it most recently. To see that I have to either scroll through the entire list or press the button to reorder the list. Every. Single. Time. The app does not keep the last setting and when you open it again it defaults back to showing you the oldest entries first. Finally, I wish I knew this sooner, the app does not time stamp the entries. Not 100% worthless, but it will do until something more worthless comes along.
