If you have a hose that fits this piece, this product is really nice. It does actually cool the smoke. I thought the size & weight was going to be odd but actually it's pretty natural to smoke with. I really like this ice hose attachment. It's a hookah upgrade for sure. Highly recommend. When I bought the item originally the package came with one ice pack instead of two. I contacted the seller and they responded super fast. They shipped the replacement ice packs and a gift if their zero tabacco shisha. I have the Pharaoh Aztec Hookah and it didn't fit the hose that came with my hookah so I had to return. I'm reviewing this with 4 stars because of the mis-advertising.

The size is perfect and fits well without any issues. All parts were included, with no missing pieces. It noticeably improves the taste by making the smoke smoother and cooler. The fit is secure and compatible with my hookah setup. It also looks great and adds a clean, modern touch. In terms of functionality, it works exactly as described and makes the overall smoking experience much more enjoyable.

Great product. Stay cold for a very long time

Honestly it’s pretty good , i was surprised and for the price you cant get any better . The reason why i didnt give it 5 stars is that they can do better with the build quality. I dont mind if you charge double the money but you have to switch to metal . Plastic does not hold the cold very well and you can barely feel it . There are no leaks and the gel ice lasts forever . If you guys switch to metal , i promise you will kill the market . Regardless very good product!

Solid hose

If I was going to use it for what it is attended for. It would of been the perfect thing. But I was just trying to use my imagination on careless adult type of things. Long story short I pretty much just got a chunk of molten slag in my brain. So lessons were learned and I have moved on from this idea. Maybe in life too. Mmmmmm nope I wouldn't want to lie to all you great people out there. So if you have a hookah and want ice cold smoke then you need to get this product. But if you are going to use it for "other reasons" NO no you shouldn't

I absolutely love this product.But after 2 months and 20 days, one ice pack has split open. Was this a defect or an intentional flaw so we can buy more I don't know but if it was intentional, that's rather dirty. I'm leaving three stars because this is a good product as to how it enhances the hookah experience But if I have to continue to buy more, that's pretty messed up, especially within a three month time frame.

Unfortunately I got one of the ice packs damaged the way it’s not really possible to use it, reported it to the seller with a photo proof and got replacement for it just in a few days. Thanks! Product works as expected, from my experience one ice pack good for approximately one hour of smoke, so really great that set had two of them.
