Sorry. Can't answer that. This cartridge fits slim Cross fountain pens. I looked at my pens but do not see a model number.

Does this fit the classic century cross fountain pen

Yes. They have two sizes. Their normal and the slim. This is for all their slim bodied pens. They don't make a refillable adapter for the slim pens. I use a syringe to refill these several times until they start leaking them start a new one. Their blue black is too blue for my taste.
