Works well for me. I have used Breathe for over 2 years. Being a CPAP user, it helps me with morning stuffiness.

I have never before been so moved to write a review about a product! I ordered Breathe based on other reviews but never expected it to be quite this dramatic of a benefit to me. I have had asthma and allergies since birth and have always struggled with sinus issues. I take Qvar, Albuterol and Singulair for asthma. I take Zyrtec, Ipratropium Bromide and sinus rinses for sinus congestion. I also endured a painful ablation of the turbinates in my sinuses. Even with all of this, I got little relief from my symptoms. I had a very hard time sleeping due to breathing issues in my sinuses as well as the asthma so I always woke up tired for years and years. Then I tried Breathe.....Wow! What a huge difference! I felt the difference the FIRST DAY! I'm happy to say that I can now breathe SO much better! The biggest benefit is how well I sleep. I wake up feeling rested like never before. I typically had to sleep until 9 or 10 and even then I felt tired all day. Since taking Breathe I now wake up at 5 or 6 am with my wife when she gets up to go to work (I'm retired) and I don't go back to bed. I try...but I'm just nor tired and can't fall back to sleep. It's like a new lease on life! I'm just so thankful to have found something like this so I can start feeling more normal. I'm sure this won't work the same for everyone but It's definitely worth trying out. If I could give it 10 stars I would! Thanks to Eu Natural for such a fantastic product!!!

So I'm disappointed with most supplements I try, as i try something new fairly frequently and move on when it fails. Alas, this product definetly helped my breathing, so I will likely stick with it. It took a week for the effect to be noticeable, so it does work but nothing miraculous or instant. It is also hard to quantify how well it works since I started taking it right in the middle of the flu season peak, and got a cold or at least URI symptoms during that same time. Long story short, I had a terrible manflu last year which lead to a pneumonia with a lingering bronchitis and left me with impaired lung capacity/bronchospasms. So I went from running 5k-15k to barely jogging. While I have been working my way back to running, a week after starting this supplement in the middle of getting sick i surprisingly noticed that I could run instead of jog with regular breathing and my lungs expanding normal (which I couldnt not due the week prior).10 minute miles are back to sub 730 and dropping towards my old normal. Would love to give this a 5 start and I will if my results are sustained. P.S. I use this 2 times a day instead of once and 3 times on days I run so it is a little pricey, but God is it great breathing without issues.

Alright, before I tell you my review of this product “Breath,” I want to let you know that my asthma hasn’t been so well controlled over the last two years. Particularly this last winter because not only was it so cold (even by SoCal standards) but because I work outdoors in that cold. In December I went to the ER twice including an ambulance ride. I had an asthma attack at work, the first time in 22 years. I have been using my nebulizer twice, three times even sometimes four times a day. Many times I have been doing two treatments back to back. It’s been so troubling. I’ve often been depressed over having to wake up and go straight to the nebulizer. Now I know my asthma isn’t as bad as many people have it, but it’s been especially bad for me. I have known that certain food ingredients in items such as pineapple juice or black pepper have shown to help but I wanted more. I found this supplement by accident and ordered it immediately because it contains a number of ingredients that help respiratory function including what I mentioned. It has a recommended dose of 2 capsules a day or 2 capsules twice a day for ‘immediate support.’ I started with the latter. Now, it’s only been two weeks and I started feeling something after the first but I can honestly say that now I truly feel something positive. Today I haven’t had to use my nebulizer even though psychologically I feel that maybe I should just in case, but I haven’t. I know that this isn’t a cure for asthma by all means but it has helped me so far about 25% of an improvement. That is huge for me. Now like I said, it’s only been 2 weeks but i am eager to see how much more it may help me feel. I totally recommend at least trying this and I know that different people will have varied results. I’ve also taken my rescue inhaler less than I have been. I actually feel good about having this now even though it’s an additional $30 a month. That feeling of hope for my asthma has no cost.

I ordered this in Feb 2024. Product arrived with an expiration date of April 2024. There are enough pills for 1 month, which means I would need to start taking it right away before they become officially 'expired'. Nonetheless, the product does work, but I wish EU Natural had better quality control and did not send a nearly expired/old product.

I’ve been on a BIPAP machine for an asthma attack once. I thought I might die. I didn’t even have a chance to call my mom to tell her. I’ve been on QVAR 80, montelukast, albuterol rescue, and multiple rounds of prednisone since my diagnosis of adult onset severe persistent asthma at the age of 21. I’m 28 now. I had no idea how to navigate, let alone control, my diagnosis. Things that flaired my asthma: everything. Mostly eggs and wheat, but also everything. Wine made me wheeze the next day, certain foods made me wheeze the next day (sometimes the same day), and I couldn’t be trapped in an elevator with someone wearing a drop of cologne or perfume. I had never lived like this before. It was both frightening and foreign. Let me mention, I’m not an idiot. I know how the body works. I understand the mast cell response. I’m an ER nurse. But, I’m also a human being that didn’t want to be dependent on medication. Why was my body rebelling against my? I’d been fine up until the age of 21. I didn’t want to be sick. Flash forward from 21 to 26. I’d been dabbling with quercatin (a bioflavonoid found in sulfur dense plants like onions and garlic), bromaline (an enzyme found in pineapple rinds), and curcumin (the active component in turmeric. My mind jumped to a very ancient remedy for asthm. Red onion (super dense in quercatin) and honey made into a paste and consumed 2-3 times a day. Hmmmmm, maybe I just didn’t have the combo right of what I needed. Nothing like an internet search to stimulate a new idea. Breathe? I did. After three days of taking breathe as instructed I felt something lift in my chest. The costochondritis that I experienced as a result of my constant coughing still pained me on a deep breath, but the rattle was gone. I laughed so loudly without coughing it brought me to tears. I felt like I did before I got sick, free. For the past two years my inhalers have been collecting dust in a basement drawer. Maybe they are expired? I’m not sure. I haven’t checked. I still have a rescue inhaler in my car and on me at all times, mostly out of habit. I havent used it since I last refilled it from the pharmacy. I get a little congestion and tightness in my chest every now and then during allergy season, but no wheezing. To solve this I take 4 pills upon waking with 16oz of water. I take my breathe every day. If you don’t take it every day it won’t work, but blood pressure pills work the same way. Why not try it? In case you’re wondering, I still don’t eat anything with wheat or eggs. I also avoid nuts, soy, and use more natural detergents and cleaning products. However, I can drink wine without any symptoms now. Breathe? I call it, Live Again.

In February i randomly started struggling really bad with breathing. My body was filled with mucus and i had significant shortness of breath. It was so bad i was having trouble sleeping because i couldn’t breathe. I would walk short distances and be gassed. It was impacting my social life as well as my job. I don’t have health insurance and went to the doctor twice and paid out of pocket. They were absolutely no help. I tried literally everything. Shortly after using this it has helped a lot. I am not 100% but it is getting much much better. I don’t know if it’s just a coincidence. I guess my body could have just started getting better on its own after 2 months, but it started happening shortly after using this. So i will put some faith in the product. Basically a life saver.
