I am very picky about my mouth guards. These are easy to mold. They come with easy to follow instructions. I recommend trimming them before heating them if they are too big.Once you get them heated, use your fingers to gently press them into your top teeth before you bite down. Don’t bite down too hard. Give them time to cool and firm up before wearing them.They are extremely comfortable and don’t move in your sleep. This has been my favorite mouth guard so far and I have tried several of the top brands you buy at the store. I clinch and grind my teeth in my sleep, especially when I am stressed, and these have been a life saver for my jaw! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

This was so much easier to mold than I thought. Honestly, I was a little intimidated. The instructions made it crystal clear on how to make it fit well. Seems durable thus far. Not too thin, not too thick. I went for the quirky model, as I myself, am quirky. I'm glad I picked this one. The one with a name brand seems thinner. No pain during molding. Hope I rest in peace tonight.

I did not try it at nighttime but I did mold it to my teeth very easy to do feels comfortable so far pretty sure at night time it’ll be great 😊

I did my mold in a matter of hardly no time at all! It molded easily. I’ll wear those tonight. I’ve been grinding and clinching my teeth at night. Heard it was hereditary from Father. Can’t wait to try it. It comes with two and a cute case! I would recommend this because it makes a great mold. Seems very nice considering the Dentist wants over $2000.00 for one.

So painful and uncomfortable! They basically adhere to your teeth and gums! It feels like I am going to pull my teeth out! They are so stiff and press into my gums! I am so disappointed as they came highly recommended.

They seem great for people with average teeth.They're easy to make fit, and they're easy to make alterations on whether it's reheating or trimming and seem to be durable.However, with a severe overbite along with any medical condition that causes your tissue to be soft, it feels like one's bottom teeth is going to slowly push your front teeth further and further out, which makes this night guard do the exact opposite of what it's supposed to do, protect your teeth.If you don't have average teeth, please get a professional fit for something that's going to actually help you and isn't a waste of money.Please learn from my experience and don't do this to yourselves.Special teeth = special needs.

I just realized that I had purchased this in August of 2022. I just tonight decided to use the second one that came in the package. The first one has lasted me for 2-1/2 YEARS! And since I started using the Rest in Peace Night Guard, I haven't had one day, not even one hour, of jaw pain. And no clicking jaws either. This was a miracle fix for a really low price. Compared to the $250 the dentist wanted to make one....when the receptionist whispered to me that I could go buy any kind of guard for athletics for a lot cheaper....this was just a godsend. Highly recommend. I just hope in another 2-1/2 years when I decide to switch to a newer one that they're still making these!

Absolutely what I needed! The instructions were perfect and the guard molded as it was supposed to. I have had several $400+ bite guards from the dentist and they always fell out or to uncomfortable to wear. I'm able to grind in this guard and my headaches are gone and I haven't had to go to urgent care for headache/migraine relief since. The value for the money great. The guards got here quickly and the seller was great!
