This is really extremely pricey for a stretchy band. I have to use it for my shoulders and neck. I get it, in the marketing world, you price the products for the value it brings the consumers. But really, this is overpriced. If you can find an alternative, go for it. I had another one from two years ago and it cannot be used, it gets stiff and then breaks.

I am a month into using theraband 4 times a week it has held up well, no rips and it has held its shape. Great way to exercise I am about to buy the next level in strength
