Perfect masa for perfect tortillas!
This masa makes the best tortillas. Very rich yellow corn taste. Whole grain texture is perfect. Does not have an over refined mouth feel like other masas. Love the smell of fresh tortillas made with this masa! Take it from a food service professional, this masa is worth the money!

Excellent corn source!
Delicious! And so very healthy for the body! I’ve made cornbread, pancakes and tortillas and the family loves all the lovely food I have prepared for them! They don’t even know all the health benefits. Great product from my parents and family’s hometown. Highly recommend this wonderful product! Have you ever heard the wolf cry to the blue corn moon?

Good masa harina
Finally, a good masa harina! Great taste and texture. Is interesting how the red is a bit different than the blue when it comes to hydration. The red will take more water, whereas the blue gets too sticky very easily so something to consider when mixing. Overall, very pleased with this and will buy regularly.

Love Masienda, love masa harina azul!
Adore everything Masienda, and the blue corn masa harina is no exception! I’ve taken to making my own tortillas for this last year or so - and I’ll never use any other brand if I can help it. I’m super poor so I’m quite picky about what I spend food money on, but this is worth it, even if you’re used to cheaper stuff.The flavor, freshness and color are unlike any other masa harina. You’re only going to get better if you grind your own masa! I’m too tired to do that, so this is the next best thing!

Delicious and Pretty
As a diabetic I have found that tortillas with this blue corn masa do not effect my blood sugar as much as other tortilla bases.I love making homemade tortillas and this masa is so easy and convenient to use.Not only do I make them at my house, other people's houses, or church, but I've also made them while camping and let me tell you, I have not had a single bad tortilla!This masa is wonderful and I always stay stocked up!

Fresh and amazing quality.My tortillas come out soft and perfect every time with this masa. Not sure I’ll ever change brands again.1C Masa, 1C warm water…mix and knead for 5 minutes.Ball it up, press and comal for 10 seconds (med heat), flip, 1 min later flip and press down in middle.Tortilla puffs up PERFECT. Let sit on comal for 15-20 seconds, then remove to towel.Amazing every single time.
