Work great
Nice baking sheets. These appear to be silcone coated. They work great for my baking needs.

Great product! So glad I found it.
This parchment is great! It is strong. The size fits the pan perfectly so there is no waste and I can grab a sheet and keep cooking thereby reducing wasted time in the kitchen. I highly recommend it. Iโve used several other brands but this one is the best. By far.

Very convenient
These just fit my cookie sheets. For years I have made cut-out cookies at Christmas using a hack I saw in a newspaper one time. Rather than chill a ball of dough, but it between two sheets of parchment paper and roll it out. Then stack them up on a cookie sheet in the freezer. If not baking right away, you can keep them longer by placing the frozen sheets (with the paper) in a 2 gallon freezer bag. When ready to cut, first peel one side and then lay the paper back down lightly. This makes the cut cookies easier to remove. Then turn it over and peel the other side. You may have to wait a few minutes for the dough to get soft enough to cut easily, but don't wait too long. Use the paper you peeled off on the baking sheet. Not having to deal with the parchment paper on a roll just made this even more efficient. I haven't started this years cookies yet, but I'm looking forward to it. I have used it for baking buns, and they're perfect. They also fit across a 9X13 cake pan with some hanging over the sides to aid in lifting. The ends are usually the only cleaning it would need. I don't bother with spraying or greasing the pan. Nothing ever sticks. You can also place it lengthwise in a 9X13 and make single cuts at the corners, allowing you to bend the excess around the corners of the pan - even less cleanup.
