The worst part of being a Guzheng Musician, is the bulk it poses. With a Travel Sized Guzheng, you are free to go to almost wherever the gigs take you! At 125cm (4' 1") , its small enough to fit into the back seat of any car. We ensured that the sound is good enough for most gigs, or a classroom situation, where you, the teacher needs to fit 4,5 or even more guzhengs into the same classroom. Review: Beautifully crafted. And very pleasant sound. - This was relatively easy to set up and start playing, thanks to the included bridge guide. Came with all the required tools and extra strings. Had issues with shipping but the company reached out to me promptly and stayed in touch through out. 10/10 customer service which is extremely rare for foreign goods I have purchased in the past. The price was extremely reasonable and perfect for a beginner. I've looked over the instrument and the finish was well above what I expected for the price. There were a few minor issues outside of shipping ( shipping is an issue everywhere right now. But like I said before they were extremely helpful with getting everything fixed.) It took way longer than anticipated to receive the package, not of their own fault, customs clearing took about a month. Now for the issues. I was missing the tutorial book. (Got in contact and they're sending me one immediately) The stands are a little narrow for the right side. ( not sure if I'm setting up improperly or not) Positives. Included gig bag is great, I don't plan on taking it places but it's nice to have for storage or moving. Bridges were all numbered making it easy to assemble first time. Comes with extra strings because of course you will inevitably break a few. The plektrums are sturdy. Stands fold nicely. I'm very pleased with this purchase as my wife has wanted one for a while and I love learning new instruments. It sounds great and looks perfect on the wall. Review: Beautiful Guzheng - What beautiful sound and really like the quality which is better than expected for under $300. Got my tuner today so I could start practicing and immediately was coming up with little melodies so this instrument is really going to add to my creativity once I get the eye hand finger coordination down. Original Art mainly strings and spent 10 years in Asia playing the Phin Khim and Danmo with friends. Bridges were easy to set up and tuning is easy too. But one note when tuning the high strings to prevent breakage at the bridges. Lift the string with your fingers as you tighten the strings so it's not pressing on the bridge. Then like with all the strings after tuning flex the strings fore and aft to take out any stress then check the tuning again. I also ordered a Cambodian Rosewood Hulusi from the Music Sanctuary that the Guzheng came from so should have it tomorrow. And if the quality is as nice as expected I'll be ordering a few other instruments as well. Money well spent so enjoy.

Beautiful instrument, and beautiful sound!
I live in the U.S. and got my guzheng from China a lot sooner than I was told (good luck I suppose)! Once I opened the large package, I saw that a few items seemed to be missing, but after a quick response from the sellers, I found everything in a compartment in the guzheng (cool!) so all is well. It does not come with the bridges in place, but a quick search on YouTube found several videos on how to set them up. There is this fluffy duster-like item in the package-- for dusting the guzheng maybe?-- but that's another easy search I'm sure. The only thing I would suggest is that in the Description, "buying a tuner is recommended, if the purchaser doesn't have one". That's a separate purchase that's coming in tomorrow so no major problems at all, from start to finish. I'm so excited to learn to play!!!

Awesome
This thing is pretty incredible for the price. Very good quality, lots of cool accessories. Still trying to get it tuned properly, but that’s my bad. FYI, I didn’t see a battery for the tuner in the packaging, but I’ll dig around a bit more.

Seller that backs up his product
A great seller and the instrument arrived as described. He even sent me an English version of the book to learn from online. I love my new guzheng and will buy from him again in future!

Arrived broken
Beautiful instrument but it arrived broken due to shipping and handling. Disappointing.

... decent condition and once set up correctly it sounds good. The only concern I have is that bridge ...
The instrument came in decent condition and once set up correctly it sounds good. The only concern I have is that bridge #4 came in broken! I had to hot glue it myself and use it for now, but will someday in the future buy a new set.

OMG AMAZING
WORTH EVERY PENNY!! I LOVE IT!!! Was a little hard to set up and tune, but, OMG, after tuning and setting up..... I'm about to buy a hanfu costume just to enjoy playing this and feel like I'm in one of those ancient Chinese movie/shows. It's also a good starting one for beginners if you're looking into learning how to play this kind of instrument. I recommend it.
