This is a very beautiful set. Great value. Strong and quality material with a good size capacity. There are two pads to stick to the bottom to keep it still while grinding up herbs. I also appreciated the free gift. It was something I’d wanted for garlic for a long time and it works very well. Wonderful experience all around.

This mortar and pestle set is a heavy duty, durable product that busy cooks or chefs will love. It’s heavy enough to stay in place when using but it can easily be moved or washed. The stone is really a good quality. The two cup size ensures that you have plenty of room to work with or should you want to do so, it wcould work as a serving dish for dips and such. Great quality with an even better price.

I just got my M&P and I love it so much. It is beautiful to say the least. It's perfect in every way. The weight, the feel, the roughness, the sturdiness, the depth. It comes with instructions for care and I highly recommend reading those first. It is easy to clean and makes my herbs wonderfully mashed and ground up. Which is a far cry from spitting little leaves out while you are trying to eat something delicious. I cannot say enough. The company wrote and thanked me before it even arrived. I am betting if service from them were ever needed, they would be on it. You should get one!!! or two!! LOL

This is a great product & company. The granite is beautiful and the size and shape are perfect for what I was looking for in a mortar and pestle. The price is very reasonable! Had an issue when it arrived, and the company went above and beyond to replace the part that was damaged in shipping within a week. I will definitely recommend and shop Priority Chef in the future.

She always said she wanted one of those “nice, heavy” mortar and pestles. I gave her this for her birthday and she was happy with it immediately. She hefted the weight and said “Nice! Heavy!” She uses it all the time. Actually we both do. It seems like it’s always in the dish drainer drying because it’s constantly in use.

Nice product- has small ridges inside the bowl that helps the grinding process- didn’t know that from the description- but I like it. Instructions describe how to “season” the bowl- never knew that was a thing- I could not find the manufacturing origin- which I’d like to know. Overall happy with the purchase.

Great item, does the job, good instructions on how to season it. For me just the right size. My son in-law bought a large one when we went down to Mexico ( which was a nice one also) but having to lug that thing was a real pain. I appreciate the quality and Amazon shipping right to my front door.
