"All-in-One iPad 9th Gen Case – Keyboard with Backlighting and Trackpad"
I recently bought the CHESONA iPad 9th Generation Case with Keyboard, and it’s been a great addition to my iPad setup. The 7-color backlighting is a fantastic feature, making it easy to type in low-light conditions. The trackpad is responsive and adds a laptop-like experience to my iPad. The case provides sturdy protection for the iPad while still allowing easy access to all ports and buttons. The keyboard case allows multiple viewing angles, making it versatile for different tasks. The keyboard is a bit smaller than a standard one, which might take some getting used to.Overall:The CHESONA iPad 9th Generation Case with Keyboard offers excellent functionality with its backlit keyboard and multi-touch trackpad. It provides good protection and versatility, making it a great choice for enhancing your iPad experience. Highly recommended!

Perfect
Perfect affordable option. Works great. Not a lot of different angles with the screen as it is a folded / lean thing and not hinged but this has given me a highly portable “laptop” for being on the road on calls / sites. No need for the apple version. Excellent.

Problems with Apple iOS 13.1, Apple’s fault, but otherwise great.
I am writing this review using my new product, which is not easy due to a small problem. The shift key does not work for capitalization or for selection of the dollar sign, ampersand, etc. However the caps lock key works fine. The shift key works otherwise, for backlight brightness adjustment, etc. I paired the keyboard with an old iPad Air running an older iOS and the problem went away. Multiple other users reported the same problem after updating to iOS 13.1, using Dell or Logitech bluetooth keyboards. I don’t use the keyboard much or else I would have returned the product. Otherwise I am very satisfied with the product. It is very easy to pair and use, the touchpad has advanced features using iPad 9th gen, the stand is sturdy, and I like the way the iPad can stand up on its own even when you separate the magnetic keyboard from the case. Perhaps the only minor downsides: You need a flat surface to stand the iPad up in the portrait orientation, so it works best on a table as opposed to next to you on the couch, although the landscape orientation works everywhere with ease. Also there is a small tendency for your palms to trigger the touch pad while typing, although I am getting use to it. I deducted one star for the irritating problem with the shift key, but I feel like the manufacturer provided a good quality product that is a good value and they really could not prevent the issue, so a solid four stars.

It works as advertised- but that’s about it
So- do you want a cheap keyboard case for your ipad. Yeah- this is it. The bluetooth function works great. It can quickly pair to two different devices. I’ve even used it with my mac. The case provides good protection- and actually has a nice texture and feel to it when closed up. The keyboard lights up and changes color if you want. It basically all works. Now here’s my series of complaints after using it for 3 months.1. The keyboard feels clunky. Too much key throw and wiggle for accurate fast typing. Works- but feels cheap.2. The often used keys… the letters are wearing off already after 3 months. Not a huge problem- but indications of it not being designed to last very long.3. The trackpad- which works as advertised… I’m forever touching it with my palms. I had to tape a card over it. You don’t need a trackpad on an ipad… it has a touch screen!4. The keyboard is magnetically attached to the case. It sticks on well enough I guess- but every time you open the case and set up the screen- you need to move the keyboard. So- it’s one extra step. Then- it kinda’ has to be slid out and positioned off the end of the case to leave room for the ipad bottom edge. So- the keyboard is unstable as it hangs off the end. The whole contraption takes up too much depth and has too much flexibility when sitting on your lap. It works fine on a table or desk… sorta.5. I often like to remove the keyboard contraption to use my ipad to read books. With this case- you either remove the keyboard, and then take the whole case and fold it back- which works. But bigger than you want or need. Or- remove the ipad from the protective case, which isn’t too hard but then you are carrying around an unprotected ipad. It would be better to get a case where the protective ipad case magnetically separates from the cover- on which the keyboard is attached. There’s a reason why the apple and logitech ones work this way.So-I didn’t realize all the non-optimized design flaws of this case, until I decided to try out some better ones. OMG… there’s a reason why they are more expensive-because Apple put the time into figuring out how the product would be used (and Logitech copied). They’re so much better! So- you can save some money and get this case. It’ll work. You’ll probably even like it… unless you experience a better one. I too was too cheap to blow money on the Logitech and Apple cases. But- I did buy the Zagg Pro Keys case (shop around, amazon isn’t always the lowest price), which is just so much better in every way. A better keyboard case will change your relationship with your ipad and make it that much better. Get the Zagg Pro Keys instead. It’s worth the extra money.

Love it! But…
I love it.The keyboard is great, and it comes with multiple sweet features.However:- The mousepad will occasionally pick up my palm, and move the cursor causing me to accidentally write in the wrong location.- The iPad never seems to be able to lean back quite far enough.- The iPad cannot rotate (moody infuriating if your charging cable is not long enough to wrap around)- The keyboard takes USB-C and not a lighting cable (like the actual IPad model it supports)Despite those nitpicks, I am very satisfied with this product, and the case and keyboard are still in very good condition.
