Nice kids headphones
My 7 year old loves these- they are fun enough and comfortable. Only issue is he keeps accidentally turning the volume down and then thinking they don’t work. I think that’s a him problem however rather than a design issue….

Great little headset
I got this for son to play and talk to his friends on the nintendo switch. No problems, just plugged it in and away it went I jumping into the voice chat with him to make sure it was working. Audio from the mic was clear. It wasn't incredible but definitely better than I expected.My son loves sonic so we got those ones. They are pretty cool. The sonic figure was a bit smaller than expected. I found the real problem was the way the clear shield was connected, disrupted the clear view a but but that's just something silly.Great product

Super easy to install and works well!
After buying other headsets that claim to be for the Nintendo switch but didn’t, I bought this one that was simple to install and works both audio and mic do work!

Mic stopped working but found a fix...
Bought these for son to play fortnite with friends- they worked perfectly for 3 days and then the mic stopped working. I googled the issue and found this fix:go into Fornite's voice chat settings -> Turn it off once -> Apply and Save the settings -> Turn it on again.It worked! All is well in the world again. Son very happy with them- great item. Think the issue of losing the mic is a fortnite software issue not a hardware one. Fingers crossed they continue to work now we have found a fix.

Breaks to easily.
We have had three of these headsets now, the first one broke within a few weeks. I bought a replacement as it was required urgently. The team did rectify the issue by sending ing a free of charge replacement but this took a month to arrive. Over time all have these have now broken and the product support link seems to be corrupt.

Persistent mic problems
Bought the sonic ones for my son and he absolutely loved them, great looking and comfortable. Unfortunately we are now on our 3rd pair in a year, each time the mic just stops working. Amazon have been very helpful and have issued a new pair when I have send faulty ones back but it keeps happening so not great!

Quality & value for money
The headphones were good quality and value for money.Unfortunately courier left them on my doorstep without knocking anyone could have taken them
