Works great in my 2015 Hyundai Elantra
I will start by saying I have a XM radio but no Bluetooth (kinda shocked to be honest). I drive quite a bit but have never really liked having to hold my phone while driving. This device solved a few problems at the same time. Easily plugs into the aux jack I have in my dashboard. You will need to also have a USB power source to plug into (mine just happen to be located right next to each other). Once you have powered up, you can connect your phone to the newly created Bluetooth connect point and start using the phone hands-free. Now I can still have my music playing while being able to answer calls. Audio comes through the cars speaker system. Easy setup, easy connection, hands-free use...it's all there for me now.

Can't imagine an easier way to add bluetooth to a Gen 2 Prius
I installed this in a 2007 Prius. I can't imagine an easier way to add Bluetooth to this car. The 12v power outlet and the aux plug are located adjacent to each other inside the center console. All that's needed is to plug this in, mount the microphone alongside the console using the supplied adhesive, and pair with your phone. I think it took me less than 15 minutes with no tools needed. The mic location down on the console isn't ideal, but it works just fine. It's much easier to mount it there than run wires up through the dash. The sound playback quality is excellent, thanks to the ground loop isolator. The only thing it doesn't do that the factory bluetooth does in my other car does is restart the stream when you restart the car. That's a minor vexation. It does turn off the stream when the car is switched off, which it the more important feature. I'm very happy with this purchase and wish I would have bought it years ago.

Cheap, simple, effective way getting a good Bluetooth to any radio with a 3.5 mm AUX jack.
Works really well!Powers up quickly (no delay), connects quickly to iPhone, can be easily turned off (in case you do not want to be connected), controls are easy/simply.Sound quality - both music and phone calls - totally adequate for such a simple device. Note; in most cases you likely will need the Ground Loop Audio Isolator to remove any background hum. Included.Ding one star off as the unit sometimes (maybe once a month0 decides not to connect to the iPhone. It is of course always when I need it to be connected the most. Reconnect is easy, but should not be tried while driving. Hence the loss of one star. Oh, maybe also because of the direction of the buttons. Up/down should be volume, left/right tracks. After testing for a few days, pleased with how it worked, I decided to install the unit permanently. So in my case I removed a number of interior panels to route wiring, pull power from behind the dash, and to get everything is hidden away, part from the round control pad.

Easy to use
These products have been amazing in my 2009 Honda CRV. I just purchased my second one after years of use with my first. I don’t have Bluetooth in my car and this $25 gadget makes that possible now. It pairs automatically to my phone when I start my car, the buttons work with my iPhone to both answer and hang up calls, and the next song buttons even work with my Spotify app. The cords are a little weird, yes, but the way my car is set up, everything is hidden under carpets or under the drop stops. Overall, no complaints. Easy to use and sound quality for both music & hands free calls are unmatched for the price.

Ignition powered Bluetooth radio addon works great
This review is for the unit with the noise suppression addon.I got this particular unit because GM is stupid, and didnt have bluetooth support for music on their 2009 cars, even though they said 'the car has bluetooth' They meant, it has hands free ONLY. This little guy fixed that problem. I plugged the power into the USB slot in the armrest, and the audio cable right next to it. I tucked the cord in under some of the trim and used the supplied double sided tape to put it in a good, but out of the way spot on the dash. It will power on and off with the key now, so there are no dead battery issues, and the noise suppressor took care of the whine that would happen when I had my phone charging and plugged into the audio jack at the same time. Its pretty much just as clear as when I was able to just use an aux cable before the phone manufacturers started getting cheap and dumping the headphone jack

Edit: Great unit but the random beeping is killing me
I really, really like this device for what it is as you'll see below. My only complaint (for me it's a big one) is the fact inexplicably beeping noises with come over the stereo. The consencious here is nothing is wrong but it's how both the phone and the device interact. My phone is completely hands free playing music so I was confused (and still am) as to what actually triggers it, network changes is my only guess.I spent the first year thinking that it was my streaming service and went through a few of those, only to read here it is supposedly a chipset problem.I'm fixing this by buying a BlueTooth 5.0 car kit so I know it will be using a new chipset. All in all, if this didn't beep a few times during every drive I'd be keeping this, I loved the separate hang-up button. Also, turn it 90*, and the controls are a lot more logical.Previous review___________________________________________________________________If you have an aux port and and don't want something that goes over FM buy this. It has been wonderful, the cord was just barely long enough I could run the cables under the panels of the car so the install is barely visible. If there were an extra 3-6 inches I would say it's the best thing since sliced bread. Order a "bone tool" if you want to do the same, it took me 20 minutes and I have no cables visible.Audio quality is crystal clear with no interference you get from FM devices. I can't praise it enough, though I've only used it with 1 phone I can't speak for the 2 phone capabilities.
