I would guess the 5 star reviewers didn't actually taste them. Somewhat agreeing with the 1 star review--these are on the verge of disgusting. The ingredient list is just what I was looking for, so that's why the 3 star instead of 1. Be ready to eat something or drink heavy to get the flavor out of your mouth after chewing. Kids thought they smelled like dog treats...and they taste about the same. Unfortunately, my dog wouldn't eat one. The chickens came up and one ate it just due to competition. Lousy flavor, good ingredient list.Update--they haven't improved since I first got 'em. File 13.

It's not so bad. The taste is a little unusual, but take into consideration the ingredients. I was looking for a way to get a daily intake of garlic easier than tablets, capsules or eating cloves of garlic! This little gummy gives me four of the nutrients I was taking separately on a force myself basis, plus three more. Now I can just toss in a couple of these gummy bears, chew and get on with my day. Helps with digestion and I've even found that they're good when I get indigestion at night!

I’m glad I found these gummies, but the taste isn’t the best. The title that says there is 300 mg in this product is incorrect because the bottle says 200 mg. The seller isn’t very respectful when answering questions either.

This is a great product! I have really bad gastritis and I absolutely love this product. It seems to help alleviate the flare up and tastes great too. I take them with the ginger gummies as well and can’t say enough good about them both! Highly recommend!

I received these 3 days ago and I really like them. They don’t get stuck in my teeth like most gummies do . I love the taste .
