For me this 2.5 quart cast iron dutch oven is a perfect size. LOVE IT ! Cleaning it is great, I made rice in it the other day and messed up bad , I didn't put in enough water ! (Shame on me) while it was still hot I added hot water and dawn dish soap, let it sit until cool ,got rid of the burnt rice. i then I cleaned up the burnt stuff with a plastic scraper, Cleaned up really great , no marks on the enamel. I love this green color and this dutch oven, the price was just right !

UPDATE 2: Still going strong. It even survived an issue I had with my oven - it went into the clean cycle and the temp was over the max on my oven thermometer (600+) with this dutch oven in there empty. This 3.5 quart is such a perfect height and width for baking bread that I just ordered a second one for backup - never want to be without this! UPDATE: I've been using it for months now, and it's still great. No chipping and I preheat empty at 425 - 450. Bought this for baking bread - I've used it twice and it seems to be a perfect width for the loaves I make. I like that it's nice and deep too - no worries about the lid flattening the loaf. It's a nice looking dutch oven as well, so looks great if it's sitting out.

This is the cutest little pot ever. The 2.5 quart in bright green is just perfect for baking the Bittman Bread recipes I am currently enjoying. I’ve only had it for a week, but it seems to be sturdy, well-made and works great for my breads. I have Le Creuset and Staub too, and this little lesser-known brand seems to work as well for a much more reasonable price.

I love this dutch oven. Perfect size for 1 or 2 people. The enamal lets me cook tomato based dishes with no fear of it stripping the seasoning. It's super easy to clean too. And it's heavy, like you expect good cast iron to be. I got the 5 qt 1st, and liked it so much I got this one too.

The Dutch oven is great. Reason for 4 stars , the first one received the handle was cracked and lid chipped paint off. The replacement was overnighted and the original was sent back. It was just the inconvenience of having to take it to UPS store.

I am in the middle of a sourdough frenzy! I had a very small La Creuset Dutch oven from a garage sale, I wanted another for baking bread bowls, but not at that price point so I ordered this. It came today and I could not be happier. Beautiful color and craftmanship! The handle for the lid is metal not plastic. It is a decent size for a small loaf, enameled inside and out. It is rare that a product eclipses a famous brand but this seems so much better quality. I am sold and will be looking at this brand seriously for future purchases.

Really impressed with this Dutch oven. It feels very sturdy and well-made, and the heat distribution is excellent—everything cooks evenly, from stews to roasts. The size is perfect for family meals, and the lid fits tightly, keeping all the moisture and flavour inside. It’s also easy to clean and looks beautiful in the kitchen with its classic design. Great value for money compared to more expensive brands. Highly recommend!
