The package came in squished, aside from that , I had gone through Halo and the office didn't really give an aftercare package. This cream was recommended through YouTube videos. I received it early this morning and the product is so helpful in alleviating dryness. It isn't watery. I recommend it, again, packaging wasn't great, but the product works

I used this cream to calm down my skin after microneedling and I think it did a good job. This is my second time microneedling and my aesthetician really went all the way. I did not have this the first time around, but she was not as aggressive the first time around, and I still healed in about the same amount of time, so it may have made a difference. It definitely soothes the skin and feels cool on the irritated skin. I can imagine this would soothe burns and other raw skin situations.

Recently went to a Med Spa for skin care consultation and was given a sample of this. I am a 70 year old who uses Trentinoin cream which works wonders but very drying...this cream melted into my skin and moisturized.. not greasy or sticky. I have been using Eucerin for years but this cream is better and cost doesn't break the bank...highly recommend

It goes on easily an absorbs well. It stings mildly, which surprised me as a post-procedure, post-tattoo cream. You don't need a lot. What I didn't like was the lingering medicinal smell. It wasn't strong, but it wasn't neutral. It's like eating low cal dressing - not bad, but you can tell something is not as organic as you'd like. I will finish the tube, but I have other lotions in my arsenal that I prefer.

All Avene products come sealed for hygiene and sterility; this bottle was not sealed but was opened indicating the product had been opened and/or used and the box was damaged. It also smelled like it had already gone bad (the shelf life is only 6 months after opening). It’s very expensive so I don’t expect to receive a used product.

This emultion is light, soothing and hydrating - not oily at all. It doesn't enlarge the pores of my skin. You only need to use a little, so one tube lasts a while. I will buy it again.

Used this to heal my new tattoo and I’ve had excellent results. I have very sensitive skin and I don’t react to this product. It helps relieve the itching during the peeling stage and applying this after wearing a second skin for a few days made the peeling stage only last about 2 days. Comparing the ingredients and quality to other tattoo aftercare ointments/balms, I don’t think the price is unreasonable. I like that it absorbs well and doesn’t leave a greasy film or residue. I personally won’t use anything else and will include this ointment in my tattoo budget in the future.
