This specific roll on is for period pain relief! I had taken a small roll on which is for muscle pain and loved it! Did not read the description carefully and ordered this one which of no use for me! Would anyways give it to someone who can make use of it!It probably may work well for what it is meant for! But just wanted to ensure you do not do the mistake I did! ;)I'm sure you may not be dumb like me! :)

Not as effective as the formula used for the small sticks (10ml). These big ones smell way different and does not give some relief.Hoped it was the same just in bigger size, since nothing indicates it should not be. But definitely different products!

Its very convenient to carry anywhere. And easg to use with roll on. Helps in cramps , pain relief during period pain. Fragnance is also fine not very strong.

This is very nice ayurvedic roll on product for all body nd muscle pain. You can use it without any tension because it's ayurvedic. Product is very effective and quality product.

Other pain relief products of this brand are very good. So I purchased this product for use on my thighs and legs. This product proved to be completely useless. The quality of oil can not even be termed as satisfactory. The roll on system spills too much of oil. I had not expected such a useless product from this brand.

Quality of oil for reducing pain is ok but product is not allowing in drops because of which oil is wasted.
