I purchased this product due to have issues with My Kidneys and to My surprise with some changes in My eating habits and a small diet change the issues with My kidneys and labs changed for the better. I recommend this to others and they were successful as well. A great product if used properly and as directed. It helped to change my life.

I love this supplement and have been taking it for years. Helps guard against sunburn, helps me feel better overall. However the last few orders have arrived with the pills all melted and stuck together. my most recent order was like melted together so badly there was no way to separate them and when I tried the pill exploded. They did refund my money but my only concern is ordering again if this time they will be stuck together or not.

This is a great nutritive product at a very good price at Amazon. I got it quick through my prime membership.

The product is a great product. I’ve been buying it for a dozen or more years. The problem is Amazon’s handling of the product. The 5 stars are for the brand’s product. I’d love to give 0 stars for the vendor, which was Amazon. They apparently left the product in a very hot environment for an extended period of time. At approximately $50/bottle, I had to destroy the bottle to extract the lump of gelcaps, and then very carefully pry them apart without tearing them. They were welded together from the heat, and as you can see there was a chemical change too - there is a color shift going on. Unfortunately, I trusted Amazon and did not attempt to use the product until a week after the return window had closed.

I have struggled every night with terrible cramps in my calves and feet every few hours. After a week of taking this they were gone and I was finally able to sleep through the night.
