I’ve been baking more sourdough lately, and these bowl scrapers have quickly become one of those tools I reach for every time. The stainless steel core gives them just enough rigidity to handle heavier dough without folding over like the plastic scrapers I’ve used in the past, while the silicone coating stays flexible enough to hug the sides of my mixing bowls. The curved edge does an excellent job of scraping every last bit of dough out of the bowl, which means less waste and much easier cleanup. I also use the straight edge to divide dough before shaping, and it works surprisingly well for that too. The silicone is smooth and doesn’t scratch my mixing bowls or proofing containers. Cleanup is easy since dough doesn’t cling to the surface, and they’ve come out of the dishwasher looking like new. If you make bread of any kind, these are a worthwhile upgrade from basic plastic scrapers. They feel well made and should hold up for a long time.

So far, I love these silicone scrapers. They don’t bend as much as the plastic ones, and seem to be very durable. They are great for scraping the sides of a bowl, or for working with dough on a countertop, but do bend a little on the edges, which is to be expected.

Easily gets all the bits left on the side of the bowl (yay no waste!) and is so easy to clean. Great value for a great product. Seems durable. I’ve only had for about a month but bake at least twice a week with no issues so far.

Love these scrapers. The small rounded end is perfect for getting the bread dough out of my KitchenAid mixing bowl. The colors are pretty and the scrapers are nicely thick yet somewhat flexible too. The texture is grippy and feels nicer in the hand than the cheap plastic ones. I’m glad I chose this brand as they’re durable and well worth the money.

These are sturdy and well made, but they have a flexible edge. If you're used to metal bench scrapers, these will take a few more passes to get everything up. They are great for scraping dough out of bowls.

I was surprised by the feel of these scrapers since I had not read that they had a flexible metal core. I have been baking for over 30 years and only used the traditional plastic scrapers. I just tried these out and like the size and core effects. With the metal core you can really lean into a scraping motion if needed. They seem to clean up well.

Love it. Cleans the bowl and cuts the dough. It is nice and stiff. Does a great job.
