Neat Receipts Mobile Scanner and Smart Organization System, White (Refurbished)

I ordered this as a replacement for one I had purchased in 2013. However, when I got this and tried to set it up, the activation code no longer worked and software to support this device has been discontinued by the manufacturer. They no longer make/sell scanners. So I was unable to get it working on my computer. I am trying to get a refund on Amazon, so I can purchase something else. We will see how this goes.

Does not include access to software, requires monthly paid subscription. Scanner not required, you can use any android or apple device, no benefits to buying the scanner

Once you install it will be tied to their subscription software. The scanner itself is nothing out of this world and requires maintenance

Worse purchase yet didn't work when I received it then after trying to return it I was refused several times buy the return office do to label or some other sort of problem

Defective as soon as I taken it out of the box. Plugged it in and doesn’t even light up. Downloaded all necessary drivers and apps, and error message says something’s wrong with scanner. Cord is fine but device is completely defective and useless.

Did not work. I contacted tech support and they couldn’t even help me make it work. I returned it.

Yes I bought it used but the passcode they gave me to use on the site was already takein

I dislike this product because in order to work I was supposed to get a membership.
