The best thing you can do for your healthy going. That's how we are meant to do it, to have the ultimate position. Great quality and easy for everyday use. Plastic is light and fomfortable. I like the option to use it lower or higher.

Narrow opening?
Quick shipping and easy to use. The directions to rock the smaller extender piece back and forth to get it out of the larger one were very helpful. Unfortunately, it doesn't tucks up against my toilet because the base of my toilet is wider than the edge of the opening.
