This is a well made and easy to wash dog bed and mine came in perfect condition with no zipper or sewing issues as noted by other reviewers. I bought it for my new puppy for when he grows into his adult crate which it fits in perfectly (measurements were correct and spot on for size large). He’s currently 12lbs, but expected to grow to 40 - 50lbs so I bought the size large. It has plenty of padding and I wanted a bed that had the raised sides for when I put it in the crate (22” x 36”) to give added warmth and for him to snuggle against (his crate is in my garage and gets to 55 degrees F at the coldest). He loves the raised sides for resting his head on and backing up against. As an added bonus, he sleeps longer which means I get to sleep longer as well, lol. My dog is not a chewer, but it seems like this bed would be sturdy enough for most dogs who aren’t aggressive chewers and/or hyper destructive. Will be fine for dogs who paw at their bedding. Just give them lots of other things to chew on and this will be a bed that lasts for years.After unpacking, I placed the cover and the poly stuffed side inserts (not the main foam pad) in the dryer on steam “quick refresh” to fluff them up and take out the wrinkles created during packaging and it looks just like the picture on Amazon. The leak proof liner for the main pad seems well made and will help keep the main foam padding clean if there are any accidents. My pup loves it already and it’s being used in his play pen until he grows into his adult crate. Pics attached for reference. Would recommend and purchase again and my pup would give it 2 paws up!

I’m thinking of adding some cotton to this to make it a little more plush, but my dog absolutely loves this. It was a great deal and I love that you can take it apart to clean it. It’s super well-made. We may buy more for the cats.

I did see the measurements of this bed before I ordered, but I guess I didn't realize what a narrow bed it would be once accounting for the raised edges. I very much like this bed other than that, but if your dog likes to roll into a ball, make sure you look at the width of the bed carefully when you order a size, and remember to take off about 6-8 inches off that width to account for the raised edge. I think the bed I bought would be great for someone with 2 smaller dogs, as it is kind of long and thin and this would give them their own space at each end. My 9 month old puppy is quite a string bean, but he likes to roll into a ball when he sleeps, so he is a big cramped in this one, but seems to like it otherwise.

The size is perfect for my long legged rat terrier. The smooth fabric is better and heavier. than I expected. My pup loved his round fuzzy bed but he would scratch and dig holes in it. This style is better.The lightweight plastic zipper kept separating while assembling but is hidden and secure when complete.Good bed for the price.

I bought them for my two dogs' crates. Fill perfectly. I have medium size dogs. They seem comfy. There is some assembly and a little weird to put together but we figured it out in a few minutes. Cover comes off to wash.

In the 10 months that I’ve had my sweet dog, I’ve been through about 5 crate mats and/or beds, NOT including the ones I returned.My 1 yr old Bichon is 15 pounds and is an avid chew and digger, especially as a puppy. (I don’t know if anyone else’s dog does this chronic digging thing to every single bed they come across!!) But he shows none of those tendencies with this bed. (Well he tried the digging thing, but it’s resistant, so he gave up.)THIS beauty is a keeper. I’ve had it for a few weeks. I didn’t intend it as a crate mat, but Benji is so comfortable on it, I now use it exclusively in his crate.Putting it together was relatively quick and easy. I was impressed with the quality and sturdiness of the material.I took another reviewer’s advice to add pee pads under the cover in the unlikely event of an accident, and it did pay off. Washing the cover was incredibly easy, replacing it was just as easy. Just err on the side of caution and dry it on low.

The large, stiff, edges take up a good amount of space which means my dog is outgrown this bed pretty quickly compared to other beds of the same dimension. It’s a bit more labor intensive to clean than other beds where you can throw the whole thing in the wash since you need to take the cover off. But it has withstood a fair amount of abuse from my dog who seems to think some treasure is buried in the middle of this bed and will obsessively try and dig to the middle of it. Although some stitching is loose, he hasn’t scratched the fabric yet.

I love the size of this and the comfort it provides for my dog.
