I purchased a large beige chair as a nice chair for my downstairs guest bedroom. I had initially thought that the prier/cost was quite low so how good could the quality be? Well, I received the chair yesterday April 8th way earlier than the stated April 25th which, surprised me due the extreme speed in the shipping process. The chair arrived in three boxes total none heavier that 60 pounds. Since I was putting the chair downstairs, I had been thinking of how to move it down the fairly narrow stairs. Since it came in three separate boxes, I found it easy to just leave the boxes as is and open them downstairs. Each part was well packed (arms, back and seat). I had read that the chair was quite easy to put together and these reviews were correct. It seemed to take me longer to unpack the parts than to put the chair together. Each part slides into the other fairly quickly although it would have been better to have a second person to help slide the back into the seat. The reclining function as well as the massage and heating functions appear to work well but then I have just tried the chair once or twice so far. The chair is very comfortable and solid, but the footrest does not quite support my feet as well as I would like. However, note that I am 6’6” and over 300 pounds so for the vast majority of people I would think the chair would work great. Right now, I would highly recommend this type of chair and will update my review with anything else I find over the next few weeks/months. What an awesome chair. Received very quickly, and had it together in 10 minutes with no help. The base of the chair is a little heavy, so something to keep in mind if you have a bad back, etc, you might want a second person to help, but the second box contained the two arms and the back which each don’t weigh a lot and were a breeze to put on. The directions were very clear for connecting the parts and wires. Excellent quality and looks beautiful. Sitting in it as I type this, and it’s the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in. Gonna give it six stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Love it!

This chair was easy to assemble and it arrived 2 weeks earlier than expected. I thought I had ordered a rocker recliner but this chair does not rock, swivel or glide even though the instructions they sent shows the name of it as " Power Swivel Glider Recliner Chair". It is a comfortable chair & the fabric is super soft. The two things I would change is that it needs more lumbar support & the backrest sits up too straight for me. I wish it would lean back a little more. The backrest cannot be reclined without putting the footrest completely extended. It would be nice if the backrest & footrest could be operated separately.

I have two of these chairs! I liked the first one I got so much that I bought another! My son put the first one together in under 10 minutes. I put the second one together in an afternoon. These chairs are so comfortable! They recline to zero gravity, which means your feet can go higher than your head, which feels strange, but is good for your back and heart. The reclining action can stop anywhere between upright to really back. The massage is just a vibration, but it has several modes, and doesn't make you sore. I bought a chair that cost twice what this one costs and it quit working within 30 minutes after the delivery crew who set it up left. That company replaced that original chair with one that also died as the delivery crew was driving away. This chair was easy to assemble, didn't require any tools, and is designed for success. I have a terrible back, and this chair really babies me.

I love the chair! It's perfect for my body (I'm 4'10", 125 lbs). The heat is a great feature though it gets a bit too warm....wish it had a choice for high med low. Massager is nice. I love that it does a head to toe massage. Overall very happy with this chair.

My husband had a stroke and this chair had a remote so he can use it to recline just right for tv watching! His other chair had the latch on his right side and I always had to pull it for him. He loves this chair! It is comfortable has the warming and vibrating remote! And c uphold ers for his tv remotes! We love this chair !and my husband is 320 lbs. And he has room in this chair. It is so comfortable our cats love it too! We have to shove them off when we want to use it! We are going to order another!

It's actually really comfortable for the price point. Reclines pretty far actually to the point your feet are over your midsection. It does feel like a 600 dollar chair though, has some movement in the arms since they're channel fit, and with me being in the upper limits of what the chair will hold (6ft5in 300#) it still holds just fine. If you are smaller the chair will have no issue. The electronics are cool too. I don't really use the vibrations but the power recline runs flawlessly and there's even some cord management. 2 cupholders and multiple pockets to hold remotes and snacks. Even if it lasts 5 years because of me pushing the weight limit, to me, it's still much better than a 2300 dollar La-Z-Boy with less features.

We returned the chair. FedEx picked it up. Then they LOST IT!!!We waited many weeks for a $599.00 refund. It was the biggest nasty mix up.And very distressing.Try it before you buy it.
