** LONG REVIEW WARNING **I wanted to share a bit about my hair journey and how it’s led me to this shampoo and conditioner. First of all, this is Jose’s girlfriend, not Jose haha!My hair is sort of a combination of a lot of things. It’s not oily or dry, it’s somewhere in between fine and coarse, and I used to have a lot of it, but it’s lost some of its thickness over the years. Through my teenage years, I would religiously use Garnier Sleek and Shine. This seemed to work very well for my hair at the time, but after a few years of using it, my hair changed a bit and Garnier changed the formula so it stopped working as well. After this, I used Dove for quite a while, through all my college years and young adult years until a couple of years ago when I decided I wanted to try to find a shampoo and conditioner with less chemicals, etc. I tried out a lot of different shampoos and conditioners, but many of the more natural ones tended to not do well with my hair. I landed on Native and I continued to use it for about a year. Overall it was good, but I noticed that I would often pull out multiple wads of hair in the shower, it just seemed like the formula was too harsh for my hair or something. I appreciated the “naturalness” of the brand, but it just didn’t seem to be quite right for me. I ordered Monday because I had seen it posted a lot on social media and at the store, and I thought I’d give it a try. WOW. I finally stopped losing wads of hair in the shower, the texture of my hair went back to it’s original, silky form, and I stopped having to use detangler after getting out of the shower every time. I missed my lush hair that I used to have, long, healthy, thick, silky, and I FINALLY got it back! I highly highly recommend this product! I just started using it so I don’t have any comment over how it does long-term, but after a couple of washes, my hair feels amazing! 😍

This shampoo and conditioner set is quite good to use. The shampoo has moderate foaming and just the right amount of cleansing power, without making the hair dry. The conditioner is also suitable for moisturizing, and the hair is smooth but not greasy after rinsing.After using it a few times, I feel that my hair is softer than before, and the smell is also quite good, not too strong. The ingredients are relatively mild, suitable for daily use, and the bottle design is simple and beautiful, which is quite textured when placed in the bathroom. Overall, it is a good value for money shampoo and conditioner product, and I will consider repurchasing!
