Just what I needed! =)
After years of being bit to death my mosquitos every year on our holiday abroad I decided to look into alternatives to just using insect repellents. Research online highlighted that some people have success with taking Vitamin B1 (Thiamine) for a period of time prior to their holiday as well as the duration of their holiday. The build up of Thiamine in the body is supposed to emit an undetectable to humans scent which can be detected by biting insects but it is off-putting for them hence they are unlikely to bite. I followed the advice online and for the first time ever received no bites at all!!! Excellent value for money given pack size and I have plenty to use next year as expiry date is lengthy enough.
