Buy one now and use your working one as a backup!
Why wait for the inconvenience of having a capacitor fail and paying for a service call on a hot day? It won't take you 15 minutes to switch out the old functioning capacitor with this new one and have the backup in the garage. Cheap insurance.

Does not hold up in S FL heat
Matched the specs from the condenser and it lasted for 2 days and started acting the fool. Would not handle the south florida heat.Replaced it with American (3× the price) and... no more issues. Go figureThe wife didn't want to hear about the price, she just wanted it working.Get what you pay for. Save the aggravation... just say no. Buy US.
