Ideal chopper.
Purchased the pairing knives a liked them so well I ordered these. They are perfect chopping knives. The handles fitt your hand and provide great control. Extremely sharp. I would definitely buy them again.

Thin blade on the small knife is fantastic for cutting razor thin veggie slices
The larger knife is sturdy for chopping and dicing. I love the small knife, especially for cutting paper-thin rings of tomato for sandwiches. I have had these for quite a while now, and can put them in the dishwasher top rack with no visible issues. If you use a dishwasher, note that Acidic foods, such as hot peppers, will leave a stain on the blades, which comes off with several washings. I rinse the knife before putting it into the dishwasher, solving the problem.

Best value for the money
Quality of these knives are just great! Weight and good design contributes to its ease of use. Hand and wrist comfort is just amazing when chopping vegetables and slicing meats. Would highly recommend against other brands of knives.

Love them
These are really good knives. Essential for any kitchen and very versatile. I find myself reaching for them again and again. I just touched the blade with my thumb and got a little cut. They are that sharp! Good buy for such high quality.
