Stomach friendly fueling
It’s a tasty and very stomach friendly furlong product!Trainedmy stomach for it for a 50 miler running race and usedit during the race, stomach was fine and no real issues. The only thing was that I should of have more of it as it lower in carbs as the other totally chemical products, this isn’t chemical and that’s why I choosed it too!

Hard to get undone
I find it hard to say if any energy gel works but my review is when doing a race for me it’s really hard to get undone and get the gel out goes everywhere but its just the plastic is tough
