Livingood Daily Omega 3 6 7 9 Plus Turmeric Curcumin Supplement, 60Softgels

I love this supplement. I have tried other omega 3 and tried tumeric separately and I either have heart burn or burp fish oil. I do not do this with these. They go down the throat easy also. I love this product mostly because it help my knee pain. My know pain has gone away since I started taking these. I notice when I do not use them for a couple days (sometimes I forget to take them from being busy). I will never stop using this product!!

This really helps with the aches and pains of aging. When I forget to take them, I soon remember. :-) I feel like it is helping me get my cholesterol numbers down as well. Pretty sure it raised my good cholesterol as well.

I have been taking these for 3 years now and I absolutely love them. I have never had any issues with the bottles I get until last month. My bottle came with all the capsules stuck together. Mind you I was home when they were delivered so I grabbed them right away. I returned them and ordered another bottle and had the same issue. So they refunded me my money but I didn’t want to order again. Then my auto ship order came (because I forgot about it) and they were completely fine. I don’t feel like the pills have any odor and they don’t taste like anything as well. The pills are quite large, but I find them easy to swallow because they are so smooth. I have noticed over the years my energy increased, but that’s not why I take these. I find them a bit pricey for what we get considering you can get things like this cheaper at the store, but I feel like the quality of the product is much better. I only gave it 4 stars because the last two time the pills came stuck together and I was without for a while because of it.

I’ve taken other omega/tumeric brand supplements with mild positive results, but this one knocks the others out of the park. I wasn’t expecting this much improvement. Within a couple of weeks I was surprised as I realized I had little to no joint pain experience. I’m not a big fan of swallowing pills, and these are kind or big, so I put a pin hole in the capsule and squeeze the gel into my morning smoothie.
