Q: Does this affect the water pressure?

It does affect water pressure, but in our case not enough to stop using it.

Q: will this remove iron and sulfer smell (rotten eggs) ?? well water

Bought mine from lowes. About to order here and yes gets rid of rotten egg smell . I'm on well water. Hard water also improved. Very happy I use these

Q: Does the entire filter itself have to be uninstalled and reinstalled when replacing the cartdridge?

I would assume that you would have easy access to the cartridge by just unscrewing the filter and taking out the old cartridge filter.
