I need to amend my original review of these babies. For whatever reason I popped them on with sandals (a first) and they were quite comfortable. Then I used them with my fitness shoes and these have those cotton/felt/wool things beat by a mile. I LOVE these! I am not 100% pain free, but more comfortable than without for sure. Gel is the way to go in my opinion.

These are just right for my shoes and work well, even after repositioning. The only drawback is that I can’t wear them barefoot with sandals as they tend to stick and aren’t comfortable when that happens. Overall worth it.

These pads work okay.

Comfortable and relieves pressure. Adheres to foot. Wash and rinse and they are sticky again. The four sets come in handy, assuring you always have a fresh pair in the rotation. Highly recommend.

My feet haven’t felt better! Product sticks well in my shoes and I can walk without pain. I only need it for my left foot so even though there are 4 sets labeled right and left I am able to use the right in my left shoe.

These work good for the first couple hours maybe less. They end up sliding around especially if your wearing heels with platforms. But I do think there better then the others I've used. I recommend.

Excellent product. These have really helped with my Metatarsalgia. I stick them on the bottom of my foot and wear them all day to help with my underfoot pain. At night I give them a wash and by the morning they are dry and ready to go again. This pack of 4 pairs should last me several weeks. Can highly recommend compared to other types of aids. Wouldn't be without them as I can once again walk bare footed on hard floors.

Very happy with these metatarsal supports. I have stuck them to the insoles of my shoes, would suggest sticking them to the underside but I do have a pair on top and they are remaining very secure. I recommend placing the insoles on the floor and marking the exact location before pealing the plastic off and sticking them. Very happy with the quality of this product. I have recommended to my friends and family.
