I bought the product on December 3, 2023. After two years of use, the rubber gas cut started to melt. When I reached out to Amazon, I found out that the spare parts were not available. I then contacted the Solara team, and they informed me that they don’t sell spare parts. It's frustrating that my cooker, which cost 8,000 rupees, is now out of commission because of a small rubber piece that only costs 50 rupees. There are no spare parts available at local stores for this brand, when I requested assistance and even offered to pay for the replacement, they still refused to help. Whats the point in purchasinging the cooker with no spares?

When I bought this I had mixed feeling. I thought I made a mistake, thinking its too big and all the functions mentioned are unreal etc etc. I watched few videos online on similar product and actual product I bought on how its like and so on. I got fancied and I tried cooking mix vegetable, and chicken and stir fry along with rice and it taste so good and so comfortable that, I just thought this electric pressure cooker is a wonder. I have cooked some Indian cuisine like dum Mutton Briyani, also chicken briyani, fish curry and it all turn out just perfect. I couldn't have asked for more. The rice cooked in this cooker is the best. Never been so excited to write a review about any stuff I have bought in my entire life.

It's an amazing product and a must have in every kitchen. Those who are busy and also those who cannot spend more time standing in the kitchen can cook food in a matter of minutes. Cooks rice, dal, pulses and also meat in minutes. I am so happy to have purchased this product.

Its a good product ,makes life easy,but saute works only on high mode,so u have to be around else it will burn the tadka....
