I cannot live without this product - my favorite magnesium
Drop the melatonin and get this magnesium supplement instead. As someone who struggles with insomnia, this supplement has changed my day to day life and sleep routine significantly! You will have the same vivid dreams but the experience of regularly taking a quality magnesium supplement is far better compared to other sleep aids. I’ve tried a few of the other big brands for magnesium and this one hands down is the best. Give it a shot for a month, you’ll be grateful for the experience when you feel more rested, calm, fall asleep faster and deeper without feeling groggy the next day.

I was struggling with my quality of sleep. I wanted something that would help me shut off my mind but not leave me groggy. If I took these when I could allow myself at least 8 full hours, I did feel rested without feeling groggy in the morning.

Helps you fall asleep and wake up feeling well rested
I love taking smidge’s magnesium glycinate to help me fall asleep. Initially I tried melatonin, however, that left me feeling groggy. Smidge helps me decompress and fall asleep within an hour of taking, and I wake up feeling well rested. The description states no GI upset which I also find to be true. The capsules aren’t large and recommended dose is only 1.

Life saving magnesium supplement
Smidge evening magnesium supplement is so amazing. Before I found this product, I struggled falling asleep at night and getting a good nights rest. This product has helped me immensely, I sleep very well and wake up rested. I started using this during menopause and it was a deal changer for me. No more sleepless nights, also great to use with a smidge daytime magnesium. They balance each other out. I learned a lot about how magnesium works through this product and I can’t say enough good things about it. Very happy 😃
