Q: Are the end snap pieces not removable?? I snapped one and i cant open it. I also snapped on with laces and need to trim still!

I've managed to do open it. You need to put a flat head screwdriver from the bottom notch pointed towards the center and push to unclip it.

Q: how do the lock system work? It's just saying there not doing anything?!

The lock system squeezes the lacing ie spring based. So for you to move the lock system, you have to squeeze it (the spring) and it would release the hold on the ‘lacing’, when you stop squeezing the lock system, the spring expands again, ergo “gripping” the lacing once more.

Q: Are they one size fits all? Adult and kids shoes??

Yes they are cut to fit adult and kids shoes

Q: Can you buy clips separately? Missing one.

If you bought the 5 pack and only received 4, I'd return to Amazon and get it replaced
