Kavos aparatas Delonghi Magnifica Evo ECAM290.81.TB

Bought this to replace an old De Longhi, which we’d been very happy with. However, set up is a nightmare. Instructions are appalling. It took absolutely ages to set up and then developed a fault with the frother within a week. On checking de longhi’s website it seems this is a common fault! Customer services is non existent. We tried calling twice and were just on hold for nearly an hour each time before giving up. We’d bought this in a well known store, so just took it back. Replaced it with a Siemens machine from Amazon, which is fantastic. The coffee was good when we’d initially got it set up, but not as good as our old one or the Siemens. Do your research before considering this machine. Not recommended
