Not high speed, but working.
It's not high speed, but ok to use. No cell phone number (that means you can't dial the phone number to make calls) provided, but I could make calls through LINE or Facebook Messenger. The only time I couldn't make any call was when I was underground on the subway.

there is a daily data usage cap restriction that is not mentioned in the description. once the cap is used up it is too slow and is unable.

Card worked flawlessly in my iPhone. It came with clear instructions that had to be completed in two parts- one pretravel and one upon arrival.
