Nice compact Gadget
I'm happy with it. I wanted a device that I can use plug in headphones with and listen to my recordings as my mobile model no longer had that port. It's simple to use, sound quality is good. It's small and compact. Doesn't come with headphones but does have a charger. Very happy with it.

Faulty
It looks good, but the side switch fall off without a touch. I am sure it is a great little device otherwise, ..just this little problem … 🤔

Very satisfied with the quality!
Very satisfied with the quality. This device is simple to use and records to a high standard. It works very well in connection with Microsoft Word's transcribe feature.

Most unclear item to use
This purchase is still like mystery . The manual is not clear and specific enough for details. By now I can not find any clear answers how to record communications and save on this , neither how to download or transfer recordings to PC or other devices. Managed to record one verbal message but can not get it to be sent or download to PC , neither. to do another recording as device is turning of immediately when I press play button or when I turn record button . I have purchased SD card as described in sale listening . Feel like that was bad choice for purchase.

Size of screen could be a problem for some.
Only my failing eyesight hinders my use. Screen and instruction manual a tad small for me. However, once I understood the menu system everything fell into place. recorder is easy to use has ample storage for my needs (8gb, recording as mp3, more than enough recording time for my needs) Microphone sensitive on recording and playback quality good.Not sure about adding different file names as my eyes are not up to it. All in all good value for money.

Very slow
Very slow to open and a very small screen with a complicated operating system

Homder dictaphone
Very good device. Used it all weekend for Steward assessing. Over 60 sound files and battery remained charged. Dropped it twice and remained intact! 32gb is ample memory for what I need. It also has a pause button which stops me having to create a new sound file each time I stop. Very happy.
