All brushes are not created equal.
Bought a brush that looked like this brush, but by another seller. It was not good. This brush is really wonderful. Absolutely stiff enough. Cleans well, dries quick. I do wish it had its own string for hanging. It does have a hole in the handle, so I put a string through that. And it is Durable. .

Fabulous scrubber for cast iron pans
The very stiff plastic bristles can really scrub my cast iron pan clean (I was hesitant), but really stuck-on pieces will remain stuck, so I do have to use a plastic scraper to remove those. But still this brush is very useful and a great buy. No problem with the handle breaking at this point, but I've only used it about 7 times; I am not pressing down terribly hard while scrubbing so I believe this scrubber will last a long time and is well made.

Best dish brush EVER!!!
This is by far the best brush ever, not to hard, not to soft where u can use it on everything and everywhere!! It scrubs so well, it has a little scraper on it. The one on the right is our old one, and we’ve had it for over a year!! U can tell it’s been thru a lot, and every once in awhile i will just throw it into the dishwasher with the dishes on sanitize mode. I tried to replace it w a cheaper one, fail… Will never buy another brush.

VERY effective, somewhat hampered by a weird handle.
This brush has made cleaning my cast iron so much easier! Most things scrub right off, and what won't come off with the bristles is easily encouraged by the scrapey bit at the tip of the brush head. The bristles are thick enough that they don't just crunch, and I'm pretty sure this thing is going to hold up for quite some time. The only thing I don't like is that the handle is so big, bulky and hard. I have chronic pain in my hands and it hurts to hold onto this thing bare-handed; the polished wooden handle is so smooth and slippery, and does not fit naturally in a hand, necessitating a death grip if you don't want it to just slip away from you. I have to put on a pair of rubber dish gloves with grippy fingers to keep a hold on it. If there were a version of this brush with a soft silicone grip I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Love this brush!
This is my go to dish brush! For me I get a new one every year because we put it through the wringer at our house with scrubbing dishes. It’s still working after a year, but it’s usually not in the best shape because we use so much, so I just buy a new one as it doesn’t look so pretty after putting in the work for a year lol. I know it’s meant for cast iron pans which we do use it for occasionally, but really we scrub all our dishes with it. I would say avoid though if you have some type of delicate dishes or glasses. I’ve never had it damage anything, but they are nice stiff bristles, so if you have something fancy or expensive probably might not wanna use on that. I use to scrub all the silverware & dishes, but especially helpful on stuck on/burnt on food from pots, pans, casserole dishes, and baking sheets. It just works better than any other dish brush we ever used in the past so I just keep coming back to this one. Old faithful!

It's one tough brush!
I bought this brush along with chainmail to clean my cast iron pans. This is one sturdy little brush that gets the job done! I will be buying a couple more of them for other uses I have around the house. But I am satisfied as to how this one cleans my cast iron skillets!

Scrub away food, not your seasoning
Confession: Yes, I am an owner of the Stainless Steel Mesh Cast Iron Cleaner. Moreover, I've been a frequent user of the product with several of my cast iron skillets. The concept behind these "chain-mail" style scrubbers is that they efficiently scrub off everything from caked-on grit to burnt cheese, leaving your precious cast iron skillet looking clean and refreshed (don't forget to oil your cast iron after cleaning it).And while I have no plans of retiring my chain-mail scrubber, the frequency with which I use it changed dramatically after a conversation with the people behind the Field Company - makers of an American made cast iron skillet that is significantly smoother and lighter than similar cast iron brands. What I learned in that conversation was that while effective, the chain-mail scrubbers can prove to be overly abrasive on some cast iron - particularly those designed with a smoother interior finish. Here's the deal, nearly all cast iron these days is sold pre-seasoned, so it seems logical to just expect it to behave as promised right off the bat. But it's not quite that easy nor straight forward. In truth, the seasoning on cast iron is in a constant ebb and flow. You build up layers when you cook with it, but then you'll also lose a few layers here and there — after cleaning some particularly stubborn food bits, for instance, or after cooking something very acidic. The aim is to build more layers of seasoning than you lose, eventually accumulating a silky smooth, gloriously shiny, deeply blackened cooking surface.Enter the Full Circle Tenacious Cast Iron Brush. Not wanting to risk the seasoning that my cast iron skillets were building up, I opted for the brush. The product relies reinforced (but not metal) bristles and special scraper to do the heavy lifting of cleaning my pans. The heavy duty bristles do the hard work of cleaning away the unwanted gunk without stripping away the layers of season that will make my skillets the envy of friends and family.Bottom Line: Cast iron rewards loyalty. Take care of your skillet and it will take care of you - and the Full Circle Tenacious Brush is a great place to start.

Hold up well
Works great on pots and pans as it is stiff enough to scrub, but not too harsh for non-stick. Has held up well over the last four months. Still looks new. Like that the bristles are a different color than the softer ones in this line so I can tell which is which with a quick glance. Handle length is the right size for me, though I could see some wishing it were a little longer.
