Great combo flood/spot!
Nitecore released an absolutely beast of a light. This is far from my brightest light but it's still extremely bright at 3,000 Lumens. To me it's a best of both worlds. It's an INSANELY good LEP light with a really good FLOOD light as well. The best part is you can mix the two modes. You have spotlight mode and flood mode. Then you can mix the two and have them both on at the same time. A lot of flood/spot allow one or the other so this is a great addition. Whether you're an professional who does search and rescue, and hunter or avid outdoorsman, or just a flashlight enthusiast straight from the r/flashlights world, this is a must have! The LEP spotlight is very strong and boy does it go far! It feels like this thing can reach the moon. Like I said the flood channel is not the brightest but it is still very bright and is more than adequate for late night walks down dark long trails. You can see what's right in front of you and anything trying to hide in the furthest shadows! There's nothing you can't fully illuminate with this light. I am taking it out on my walk tonight and I couldn't be happier with the performance. There's also really cool add ons including a remote trigger to turn it on and off and do strobe, and they sell caps to change the beam color including green for hunters and blue for fisherman. It has a very cool tone to it so if you enjoy a warmer hue, this is not the one for you. I believe it's 6000 or 6500K. You can charge the battery in the light with a USB C charger & you can buy additional nitecore batteries. It uses proprietary nitecore 21700 which is a bummer but they're reasonably priced. However, the P35i does include a battery magazine that allows the use of two CR123A batteries as a backup power source, though this reduces performance (e.g., lower maximum output compared to the 21700 i-Series battery). Do not attempt to charge CR123A or RCR123A batteries in the flashlight!!

EXCELLENT LONG DISTANCE BEAM
The functionality is a bit confusing at first, however when you manage the various modes, the light performs very well. Because the light uses a non-standard 21700 battery, I would suggest a spare. In fact, the best spare is the MPB21 kit which also provides an external charge and the ability use as a power pack and a small lantern. It is among the best search and rescue handheld lights I have tried. The only function it seems to lack is a strobe.

Best light I've ever owned.
I have owned this light now for almost 2 years and I still love it. Battery life is decent, however if you are using turbo mode a lot or mixed mode on high, it's greatly shortened but one should expect that when you understand the amount of light that comes out of this thing. You will basically become a Jedi.

Expensive, but a lot of fun to mess around
Expensive? Yes it sure is however, it’s worth every penny. The laser output is too narrow to be practical, unless you want to light up a raccoon a mile away, but it sure is a lot of fun. The included flood lamp LEDs are bright enough to light up an entire football field.

That range though
It's so good as a surch light, I work security, and I use this when ever people say there is someone in the back parking, I just do a quick scan, it actually scared a few people as it needs out like a surch light. It it very addictive to play with, but only get 20 minutes of run time in mix mode at 3k lumes, so I highly recommend getting spare batteries. I stick to the LEP, as its nice and wide at far distance.

BRIGHT
Seriously good multi purpose light. The price is high, but it's worth it if you have use for an LEP

Price
For the price, it does not seem like it is worth it to me. on the brightest setting for the spotlight longest distance for throw beam display only says that the flashlight will last about 10 to 12 minutes for $300 You would think the flashlight would last a little bit longer, also the switch settings between different settings are kind of a pain if you are trying to quickly switch between settings, I would like to be more settings and more readily available . Returning to find a different product for way cheaper, I wish they would make just a solid handheld spotlight gun version without all the extra added setttings

Not Worth The Price
This flashlight is not worth what it's priced at. I ordered one and after about 4 days of light usage it began to have charging issues. I contacted the seller and it became a big hassle to figure things out but I eventually got sent a replacement and this replacement one I got seems to have some issues with the spot beam. I do like how powerful it is for the small size that it is. Its a nice light-weight flashlight but the quality control does not seem good. Especially for price that it is listed at you'd think that the quality control would be a priority but it does not seem that way. I definitely think there are better flashlights for way cheaper than this one.
