Materials: Mesh: 100% Polyester Lining: 100% Polyester Body: 100% Nylon There's other bags that are made out of Sherpa. Hope this answers your question.

Is there a restock fee?

I have never paid a restock fee when buying directly from Amazon. Maybe on some big ticket items thru a third party they might have that fee but I think they tell you that upfront. Also, I have been a prime member for many years so I never pay a restocking fee.

Hi! This is a real or fake lululemon???

I bought two; one was a Lululemon, and the other wasn't a Lululemon bag. just a random bag. and I paid for a Lululemon bag. I returned the item and got a refund. However, I would not reorder this item. (I got the item 2 months later)
